And I know people always type online, but that double leg takedown was great, only thing I would recommend is a little hand fighting before the shoot in order to get the opponent (iraqi) off guard and unsuspecting as a double leg shoot is a somewhat high risk high reward move. Great work none the less this is how you improve your game. Respectful sparring.
