Suppose, If of any person own mango tree, or coconut tree, or jackfruit tree, or Oak tree falls on the electric pole and wires and breaks and damaged completely, and the village people or city people doesn't get electricity power supply for a very longer period. Just because of one person or owner of that falling tree ,the whole village is suffering in different ways every hour. Is this correct? OR should the electricity department must put a minimum fine for that person atleast Rs. 10,000/- as per to only the labours cost of cutting that fallen tree., Or will it be better to put more fine atleast 25,000/- including wires and poles and labour for cutting and transport?. Please pass this resolution and forward to the electricity department. Why does not still Goan people realise this, that because of their own fallen tree, why the whole village or city should suffer? Without any fine? So from next coming monsoon rainy season, the minimum fine for that owner of the fallen tree will be minimum Rs.25000/- or no power supply connection to that person. Hey boy you better cut your trees, before you damage the government and public electricity wires and poles. Or pay the fine of Rs.25,000/- or no connection of electricity to your house.
