    IN tip one....when you say 2 things...SHUT DOWN or ATTACK BACK....in Israel we say (regarding SHUT DOWN) "TRISIM DOWN".
    That's EXACTLY what it feels like.

    Love to know what hour thoughts are on adhd (a.d.d) characters and what is the loving caring way to appreciate their uniqueness and super skills (as well as working through or tolerating the uphevil). Xx

    It's his job to listen no matter what. It's not my job to make it more palatable for him. Too bad....he needs to grow up and act like a man, no matter what.

      Even though this may be a tempting way of thinking, it can often lead to discord.
      Just as we love to be spoken to with gentleness and honor, our spouse appreciates it as well.
      When you are ready to come back to this video and give these skills a try, you may be surprised at their effectiveness !
