Another way is rolling two pieces of papers and then flattening the tip of the rolled piece of papers. Then you put them both under and use the technique in the video where you just get underneath the key and pop it out

The double guitar pick method worked perfectly, and luckily nothing in my keyboard broke. All I had to do was reseat the stabilizers and it got fixed! Once again, thank you so much.

It didn't affect me since I knew how to touch type (typing without looking at your hands), but I got a stern talking-to when my dad couldn't enter his password for an entire day. Even after switching all the keys back, I forgot the letters M and N, since they're hard to tell apart normally (Since I never look at the keyboard), so the same thing happened the next day, lol. I used a flosser. Those ones with a pick on one end and floss 'elbow' on the other. Evenly applies pressure to both sides when removing, works really well.
LITTLE UPDATE. for those of you who are fans of razer, they're selling o-rings and a keycap puller combo in their online store now. But really you can get any keycap puller for wayyyy cheaper online :D

i found a very useful away of doing this with no damage. use two paper clips by stretching one side and using the other round part to pull from the bottom of the key ^^ k
Don't do ANYTHING shown in this video. You WILL damage your switches, you need to apply equal force on both size of your keycap. Seeing how the keycap and switch bends and twitches when he's prying them with cards and picks makes me fucking cringe. Even using your fingers is better, or two tea spoons.
I pull the keys simply using my 2 fingers without mutch pressure. Keep your fingers dry and clean and it's very easy to do it. You can practice on the esc button.
my phone fell on my keaboard an then the < key fell out. i putted it back in and it was tilted. i had some problems of getting it out so i watched this video. it helped but when i putted it back in IT WAS TILTED AGAIN! i repeated it over and over again until i realised it was flipped..... '_' like how am i supposed to know if its a < or a > ? but anyways its normal now
This is terrible for your switches, you need to have even pulling pressure on the keycap when removing (pulling evenly from all sides of the key), just spend the extra $2 and get a keycap remover....
just use a spoon, I tried and it works. NO DAMAGE to the keyboard. My q key wasn't responding and I saw in another vid, that it happens due to dust settling there, this vid helped me thnx

Just use a screwdriver and push the key out of it's slot. Make sure to push it UP and not to the side or you'll break the switch.

An easier way I do it is I get a binder clip and use it like a key cap puller
