Mangaluru city's potential is definitely untapped. The Government of Karnataka should give utmost priority for tourism development because here in Bengaluru, many people can't name one beach in Mangaluru and have no idea about its best of serene places of warmth and luxury to invest in. The city is bound to grow further more if industrialists and serial-entrepreneurs keenly invest for the industrialization and enterprising activities with zeal so that ultimately the employment creation will definitely happen for the local people and more people from the different parts of the nation will shift to the city for their livelihood. Thanks sir🎉
Harshith you have beautifully analysed the tremendous growth potentials of the coastal city of Karnataka. Unfortunately Mangalore is far behind in industries & commerce in spite of all the 3 means of transportation at its disposal.. Lack of entrepreneurship, the will of political leadership, constructive govt support may be some of the important reasons for the slow growth. But Mangalore is best in the field of Education… Thanks for your concerns & comments 👍
@@seeingisbelieving1016 "The lack of political will by the elected representatives of Mangaluru." Is the fair and square assertion by you sir! Back-offices for IT companies should be established in the Mangaluru city so that local youths with aspirations will get the employment opportunities within Mangaluru. MB Patil as the responsible Medium and Heavy Industries minister should unfurl red carpet to the investors by assuring all their desired corporate interests so that they will come forward and invest for the growth of the city. District-in-Charge minister and Deputy Commissioner must provide all the insights and details in black and white pertaining to the growth potential of the city to the Chief Minister of Karnataka and Industries Minister must visit the port city regularly and conduct official meetings regularly for the execution excellence to prevail and thereby provide justice to the people of Mangaluru at large. If Mangaluru benefits, it's the benefit for the people of Karnataka. A government with a vision will definitely take the above progressive steps sir! You are doing a tremendous service to the Mangaluru city sir, I must mention sir! 😊
Yes, You are right Harshith. I am really surprised how you are so elaborate & clear in your perception about the development of my city Mangalore & Karnataka at large.! I also hope things will turn up near to your expectations & suggestions.. Thank you so much.
@@seeingisbelieving1016I don't even understand on which aspect you say Mangalore is behind in terms of commerce...for your kind information Dakshina Kannada district has the second biggest GDP of Karnataka after Bangalore which obviously means it's industry and commerce is strong. Although I agree it can be made even better
Yes your camera video was towards Shree Devi college of physiotherapy and towards GG road and then law college on your right hand. Am I right to your direction?? Thanks so much
I visited Mangalore many times and found very few pot holes in majority of roads, quality of cemented roads and tar roads are very good. In Banglore one can notice many craters than on moon. Quality of road work very poor because of high corruption in BBMP.
Why all the shops are closed? Looks like this beautiful city is under complete lockdown. Also, I'm moving to Mangalore in next month. Any suggestions you wanna give to a newcomer?
Welcome to Mangalore Mr Agniva Chakraborty. It is a great city with very nice people. The video is taken in the early hours of morning. So you see shops closed, & no people around! Mangalore is generally active only during 8 am to 8 pm. Pl stay connected with our Seeing is Believing channel.
I saw kodialbail road on left side. Does MG road takes to to kodialbail via GG road? Also I couldn't see law college in MG road!! It's beautiful So much developed!!! Thanks so much
