BONUS COMBO: Anakin Skywalker Retribution -> Pull Dominance -> Heroic Might -> Regular attacks. I don’t know if anyone has thought of this one yet but it might work /s 😂😂
The Star Bazaar Actually the “Full combo” could be done with pre-nerfs Anakin. It started if your Heroic might connected (which knocked the enemy down), then you pulled them, then you used “Passionate Strike” (which used to knock people down before the nerf) and then ended it with retribution. No one was able to survive that and if your Heroic might was fully charged at the beginning usually the combo would end after the passionate strike.
The Star Bazaar there’s a way better option for your vader move, simply dodging behind the enemy as they fall from the choke, melee, and saber throwing together immediately
@@armaggeddonnn the problem with that is that they've already hit the ground when you melee them and they can then dodge the saber throw. If they're experienced they'll get away but your way could still work
When I okay HvV and I see most of my teammates are going to use non-saber characters, I use kylo so I can freeze them, and then I just let my teammates shoot/lighting them.

P, Palpatine, and Maul/Boba. Alternatively, since everyone seems to use Boba and Mual on the same team, I'd want to see Grievous and Vader/Doku. Pruely for DPS.
That Darth Vader trick is amazing! I never knew the how to capitalize on the fact that you had to wait for the targets you force choke to fall to begin attacking and landing hits. I usually just took that moment to use focused rage before attacking. I'm already using this trick to great effect. Thanks so much for sharing it and improving this Vader main even more!
Nice to see someone actually acknowledge that there are ability combos that exist other than Anakin’s. This community tries their best to vilify him in such a cringe like manner without acknowledging the flaws of the other heroes. I actually found out about some of these combos myself, I’ll use the ones I learned...that Vader combo is nasty, good thing I main him.
I found a Kylo combo you can do in HvV to melt virtually any hero if you’re fast enough: - freeze - swing twice from the back - frenzy - pull - swing twice
Kylo i fwel can be on a whole other level as he can do his pull and freeze in mid air. Its an underated trick as almost all the other characters have to be on the ground luke use to be able to push mid air but not anymore and no clue why they took it away.

I still see people say he needs ANOTHER nerf...most of this community just want him to be garbage. It’s gone to the point to where I wish he wasn’t in the game, I remember everyone (including me) being excited to play him, now I worry that he’s gonna become the next Finn.
I've noticed Vader's first saber swing on someone he just choked almost ALWAYS misses - is that really because the hitbox is in the air? I never knew that and have played this game forever. My Vader play just went up a notch so thanks!
Whenever I pull of the choke I either do a saber throw which always hits if not twice or as soon as the choke lets go hit furious resilence then swing twice as by then theyll be on the ground but not able to dash away yet and aleays get 2 hits

Not sure if its even worth it. By the time you throw the lightsaber they are going to dash away from the second hit. It’s better to do 300 damage by allowing the lightsaber time to hit twice.
Kevin Montrond They can’t dash away because they haven’t hit the ground yet. That’s why I jump attack because the Saber throw lands as they recover from the melee. I always find they tend to dodge away if I just throw the saber at them after the choke
Jesus that double kill with Vader, usually I just throw them off the edge but this looks cool and actually would get me a kill. Gonna try this next time I use Vader.
I find that inexperienced players start with abilities that have a long animation. The problem is that it leaves you extremely vulnerable to taking damage. I'm thinking especially of Maul's Choke Throw. Your Maul combo starts with the Choke Throw. That works great as long as you know that Han, Leia, and Lando aren't just waiting for you to activate the Choke Throw.... So often in HvV, inexperienced players get MELTED when they rush in with Maul and start with the Choke Throw. These combos depend on prudent application to different situations. Regarding Maul, I like to start with a Spin Attack to get in close and disorient the target. Then I quickly use Choke Throw and finish with the Saber Throw. It's safer when I'm not sure if a blaster hero is aiming at my head. Opening with Spin Attack means you'll have a bit of time to activate the Choke Throw before shooters get you in their sights. Your Luke combo follows this sequence. Rush first, then do the foot stomp, which has a longer animation.
If you dodge right after using choke throw, like immediately after pressing the buttons, you will escape the animation and keep on your feet while still getting the ability to work
For Maul, a back dash into spin attack always catches heroes off guards, finishes off troopers, and closes distance. The back dash is to get them to think you're escaping.
Maul was my favorite one next to Vader, Only combo I really had preconceived knowledge of was Kylo’s Pull Then Frenzy, Rest we’re new, Thanks Bazaar 👍🏻
The last one is real good. Several other to add: Anakin: repulse→pull→2 normal strikes, about 500 health down without any good way to defend. Palp: jump→chain lightning→electrocute→regular attack, stun and clear a large group with ease.

His Heroic Might ability should have a 200 hpts base damage output and a 12 sec cooldown. But passionate strike is a useless ability now. Without the knockdown it's pointless and highly telegraphical. That ability should be scrapped and a quick force push or Force put in its place because Retribution is useless now too. DICE should give back his saber damage output too or at least something closer to it. He dealt 165 before, now it's 150. 160 should be perfect for him. The biggest problem with Anakin's original design is it's not meant for multiplayer, that shit was designed for open world or linear based campaign games. To be honest everyone else on the lightside as far as saber heroes is concerned is lacking in one way or the other. Luke most of all....

I knew all of these except the last one. I never knew that the hit box wasn’t reachable unless you jumped, which is starting to make a lot more sense as I’m thinking of my past Vader experiences. I was hoping to learn a bit more though, but still a great video for newer players. I guess that means that I’m a veteran.

One of my favorite combos with Leia is first you pull out rapid fire in a close quarter area like Kessel’s second phase for co op and then throw your thermal detonators causing massive damage
I have a combo with Obi Wan that is amazing with multiple players. Attack - Charge - Charge end attack (right behind them) - 360 turn - force push - finish off. It's REALLY good against multiple enemies (HvV), especially when you're stuck in a choke point. Against blaster heroes I have the same combo but I add a block after the first attack. This combo never fails me.
I like the vader combo as he's my favorite and strongest but I only have one problem with it as jumping leaves you vunerable to anything aka pushes stuns etc. Would be good for a one on one battle but in a crowd I wouldn't suggest it unless you get the choke on all of them. Plus extending the force choke can leave you vunerable as well. Imo for vader you should use the bonus health. Yhe extea damage for the saber throw and the damage resistance for furious rage. If I pull of a choke I'll do either one of two things. As soon they start to fall i pop furious then swing twice dash then throw. 2. Now if theres more then one I will choke then throw which always hits because they still havent recovered from the choke and almost always hits twice which will do more damage on ths second hit. Either way works well but depends on if your facing one or multiple angels and spacing is everything as being unpredicatble is as well. Almost feels like a chess game to me. Most people spam so being aware of your surroundings is always key where you can jump yo or hid behind or chasing someone while someone is chasing you almost ignoring them and focusing on your target like a true sith lol
Used that grievous combo but I use the unrelenting advance star cards to boost it and cowardly retreat for that sweet 90% damage reduction. I use thrust surge and retreat for the knock down and closing distance and use unrelenting advance to finish the job. Works like a charm on every hero doesnt matter who
1. Luke A: Rush, Repulse, back dash, push B. Rush, Back dush, Rush, Back dash, Rush, Back dash, C. Jump, push aim down, rush, repulse, dash, back dash, dash, back dash, dash. etc 2. Rey card set up, mind trick damage increase, length and dash damage increase. So mind trick them, then dash attack, it will do a shit ton of damage. 3. Yoda. Dash attack behind them, land push, dash attack back through them, then one more time 4. Dooku best cards are oddly enough in HvV lightning rechard time and angle. The angle and shorter recharge time doesn't seem like a huge deal but it absolutely changes how you play. It's the ultimate combo breaker, your dashes are more useful because even if they dash out of your direct attack path, you still hit them and it knocks them down. You have to use that angle card, it is the useful, I was really surprised. In GA it's amazing. They can roll all day but you'll still get them. 5. Kylo frenzy damage increase is a must. same with range. In HvV Especially on levels like bespin I use the Freeze then pull trick. I'll freeze them then position and jump to pull them off ledges behind me.
I find it so annoying how Heros and Villians can't do explosive damage to themselves, but if I want into my own grenade as a trooper there's half my fucking health if not more gone. Good tips btw
Another combo is when Vader is force choking someone in midair you can approach the choked target using grevious’s unrelenting advance. The target is being choked while grevious constantly deals further damage without breaking the choke animation. You can still get further hits on the target as they fall to the ground and attempt to recover
Vader’s combo is really deadly. I once tried it on an Anakin with at least 600 to 700 hp (not to sure), needless to say, I did the choke, jump hit, then threw the saber, which then put him in a defensive block that resulted with the saber returning, hitting him from behind and killing him in the process.Thanks !!
One I like too use is Obi-Wan's Mind Trick In combination when Anakin uses his pull, then Obi-Wan's defensive Rush on their flank. It's pretty much a death sentence for any Dark Side hero if you hit them with it right as they're coming down.
That vader combo leaves the enemy desparate for damage. So when they start attacking. I do parry. ( parry is when u attack right after a block and don't take damage.) And the dooku combo can also require lightning stun so that you can pull it off incase there blocking for hours on end.
Hey just subbed. My go to Kylo combo is to Pull frenzy on their back, then dodge back to freeze an run behind for another back stab. It works really well if you can pull it of pun intended. Kylo does 125 to the face but 135 to the back so it added up to be sweet.
Ani combo can be pull then heroic might then passionate strike then normal attack but if you are able, Try using pull then returibution then heroic might then passionate strike then normal attack (very good combo since they can't get up and hit you) I prefer you use pull with long range starcard, base damage with heroic might starcard and steam roll starcard
I didn’t finish the video but with fighting more than one person with Vader use force choke then saber throw and when they fall do rage then just attack I beat a anakin and luke at max health while I was mid
That Darth Vaders combo is sick. You should also do the other gunners. A good one for bosk is when a hero gets really close, you should jump and use the dioxis grenade. It's like the toxic escape ability from bf1 and if the hero is very persistent it can cause a lot of damage.
I sometimes fine that I take a lot of damage trying to use expose weakness in a fight, so I tend too use duelist before getting close, the lightning stun so that they can't attack me whilst I use expose weakness on them
Knew them already but i enjoyed the video cause it remind me that i dont use them all. Also thrust surge +claw rush+ 180° attack and/or Unrenlenting advance is also a gret combo. About 400 damage after the firts combo and then the 180 attack gives you an additional swing. And if you feel nasty, you can pop up UA before the 180°and hinter their movement And also another quick tip. UA into TS is amazing and then CR to close the distance. Cause now most people juat run the other way when they sea UA so you can quicly thrust surge them from behind and close the distance with CR DAMN IM ADDICTEDXD
Idk if anyone does this but in HvV with Luke i do all three of Lukes abilities in a combo. It doesn’t matter if someone is guarding or not I usually land this, it’s just like the video, Rush into Repulse but i use the push right after Repulse. I have the reach card on to make sure i hit them with the push after the Repulse just incase. Then while their being pushed away, close the gap with a jump attack or a step depending on where they land. It works like a dream and most get confused when you use rush on them to get behind them fast to pull of a Repulse
Anakin’s Pull Dominance + Passionate Strike 💪🏼💪🏼 Btw, do most of you use Massive Strikes or Steamroll? Most like using one or the other so you can use Control The Force or Fierce Fighter or somethin along with Tenacious... I think I like using Steamroll better, but I use them together both honestly. With Tenacious. I get more kills with his blade than I do with HM anyways. I watched a guy that just runs around with steamroll, fierce fighter, & massive strikes and he was wreckin’ with it..
The Rey one is my favorite. I main her as a hero, and in galactic assualt I don't use that combo (I do larger insight range, longer insight, health on kill), but in HvV, I love that combo.
An even better combo for Kylo is pull, freeze, frenzy, this makes it so it's impossible for enemies that are pulled to escape frenzy, then you can easily kill off the people who weren't targeted by frenzy.
heres one for vader first activate focused rage then choke the enemy but have on the star card that gives his saber throw bonus damage is it hits his enemies twice then quickly run towards them jump hit in mid air then quickly turn around and use saber throw but aim a little towards the ground hope this helps this works against hero's really good
i reverse the grievous combo because claw rush can hit them 2 times because when he gets out of the ability the legs deal even more damage so u can finish the kill
I do the same combo with kylo whenever i use him but sometimes i add a little twist to it. So lets say im in a game of galactic assault or heroes vs villians and for the galactic assault scenario, i just spawned as kylo and i see a big group of enemies on the objective and i mean a BIG group like 5 squads huddled together (sometimes it happens with me) well so i decide if theres this many ill use all of my abilities, so i pull every one of them right, well before they hit the ground i freeze them and then go ham with frenzy on em. I know its an ability waste for galactic assault but its actually a good combo HvV considering your only fighting 4 other people and i do this only when all 4 enemies are in range of pull. It does some good damagif you pull it off.
I know a good grivious Combo for ga ... If Someone is Shooting than Block and Press unralanting advance and walk towards them. It works very well for me but it might be dificult at The start U should try it out. Nice Vid!!!

Kylo's freeze works better with blaster users and Grandpa Pap-Pap. As they can't cancel the ability with their attacks.

I'm always using the "solo" combos (kylo and han). Those booth are my favourites, it's very fun to play with them
For Maul, a back dash into spin attack always catches heroes off guards, finishes off troopers, and closes distance. The back dash is to get them to think you're escaping.
I've used that Vader combo since I first started playing him, glad to see I'm not the only one.

Several other to add:
Anakin: repulse→pull→2 normal strikes, about 500 health down without any good way to defend.
Palp: jump→chain lightning→electrocute→regular attack, stun and clear a large group with ease.
Skywalker Alan Yeah only reason I didn’t add Anakin’s combo is because everyone abuses it already lol I was trying to include ideas others may not have though of yet. I’ll try that Palpatine one out tho!

His Heroic Might ability should have a 200 hpts base damage output and a 12 sec cooldown. But passionate strike is a useless ability now. Without the knockdown it's pointless and highly telegraphical. That ability should be scrapped and a quick force push or Force put in its place because Retribution is useless now too. DICE should give back his saber damage output too or at least something closer to it. He dealt 165 before, now it's 150. 160 should be perfect for him. The biggest problem with Anakin's original design is it's not meant for multiplayer, that shit was designed for open world or linear based campaign games.
To be honest everyone else on the lightside as far as saber heroes is concerned is lacking in one way or the other. Luke most of all....

I knew all of these except the last one. I never knew that the hit box wasn’t reachable unless you jumped, which is starting to make a lot more sense as I’m thinking of my past Vader experiences. I was hoping to learn a bit more though, but still a great video for newer players. I guess that means that I’m a veteran.

He had the card to make revel last 7 more seconds, but that card is completely not needed.

One of my favorite combos with Leia is first you pull out rapid fire in a close quarter area like Kessel’s second phase for co op and then throw your thermal detonators causing massive damage
I have a combo with Obi Wan that is amazing with multiple players.
Attack - Charge - Charge end attack (right behind them) - 360 turn - force push - finish off.
It's REALLY good against multiple enemies (HvV), especially when you're stuck in a choke point. Against blaster heroes I have the same combo but I add a block after the first attack.
This combo never fails me.

I like the vader combo as he's my favorite and strongest but I only have one problem with it as jumping leaves you vunerable to anything aka pushes stuns etc. Would be good for a one on one battle but in a crowd I wouldn't suggest it unless you get the choke on all of them. Plus extending the force choke can leave you vunerable as well. Imo for vader you should use the bonus health. Yhe extea damage for the saber throw and the damage resistance for furious rage. If I pull of a choke I'll do either one of two things.
As soon they start to fall i pop furious then swing twice dash then throw.
2. Now if theres more then one I will choke then throw which always hits because they still havent recovered from the choke and almost always hits twice which will do more damage on ths second hit.
Either way works well but depends on if your facing one or multiple angels and spacing is everything as being unpredicatble is as well.
Almost feels like a chess game to me. Most people spam so being aware of your surroundings is always key where you can jump yo or hid behind or chasing someone while someone is chasing you almost ignoring them and focusing on your target like a true sith lol
Used that grievous combo but I use the unrelenting advance star cards to boost it and cowardly retreat for that sweet 90% damage reduction. I use thrust surge and retreat for the knock down and closing distance and use unrelenting advance to finish the job. Works like a charm on every hero doesnt matter who

Yes you can you just have yo activate the strike right before they hit the ground so itll be swinf while theyre still trying to get up
1. Luke A: Rush, Repulse, back dash, push B. Rush, Back dush, Rush, Back dash, Rush, Back dash, C. Jump, push aim down, rush, repulse, dash, back dash, dash, back dash, dash. etc
2. Rey card set up, mind trick damage increase, length and dash damage increase. So mind trick them, then dash attack, it will do a shit ton of damage.
3. Yoda. Dash attack behind them, land push, dash attack back through them, then one more time
4. Dooku best cards are oddly enough in HvV lightning rechard time and angle. The angle and shorter recharge time doesn't seem like a huge deal but it absolutely changes how you play. It's the ultimate combo breaker, your dashes are more useful because even if they dash out of your direct attack path, you still hit them and it knocks them down. You have to use that angle card, it is the useful, I was really surprised. In GA it's amazing. They can roll all day but you'll still get them.
5. Kylo frenzy damage increase is a must. same with range. In HvV Especially on levels like bespin I use the Freeze then pull trick. I'll freeze them then position and jump to pull them off ledges behind me.

I find it so annoying how Heros and Villians can't do explosive damage to themselves, but if I want into my own grenade as a trooper there's half my fucking health if not more gone. Good tips btw

You forgot about sidious ability combos where he can still shoot his lightning while activating any of his abilities which does disgusting damage
Another combo is when Vader is force choking someone in midair you can approach the choked target using grevious’s unrelenting advance. The target is being choked while grevious constantly deals further damage without breaking the choke animation. You can still get further hits on the target as they fall to the ground and attempt to recover

tried it on an Anakin with at least 600 to 700 hp (not to sure), needless to say, I did the choke, jump hit, then threw the saber, which then put him in a defensive block that resulted with the saber returning, hitting him from behind and killing him in the process.Thanks !!

I like the Chewbacca combo. He is a very underrated hero, so I will gladly use that combo a lot for him.
One I like too use is Obi-Wan's Mind Trick In combination when Anakin uses his pull, then Obi-Wan's defensive Rush on their flank. It's pretty much a death sentence for any Dark Side hero if you hit them with it right as they're coming down.
That vader combo leaves the enemy desparate for damage. So when they start attacking. I do parry. ( parry is when u attack right after a block and don't take damage.) And the dooku combo can also require lightning stun so that you can pull it off incase there blocking for hours on end.

Hey just subbed. My go to Kylo combo is to Pull frenzy on their back, then dodge back to freeze an run behind for another back stab. It works really well if you can pull it of pun intended.
Kylo does 125 to the face but 135 to the back so it added up to be sweet.
That's sick. Instead for Chewbacca the slam then grenade I normally slam them while stunned.
Ani combo can be pull then heroic might then passionate strike then normal attack but if you are able,
Try using pull then returibution then heroic might then passionate strike then normal attack (very good combo since they can't get up and hit you)
I prefer you use pull with long range starcard, base damage with heroic might starcard and steam roll starcard

That Darth Vaders combo is sick. You should also do the other gunners. A good one for bosk is when a hero gets really close, you should jump and use the dioxis grenade. It's like the toxic escape ability from bf1 and if the hero is very persistent it can cause a lot of damage.
Deep mind's inverted controls are not the problem. The problem is the slow turning tho

I sometimes fine that I take a lot of damage trying to use expose weakness in a fight, so I tend too use duelist before getting close, the lightning stun so that they can't attack me whilst I use expose weakness on them
Knew them already but i enjoyed the video cause it remind me that i dont use them all.
Also thrust surge +claw rush+ 180° attack and/or Unrenlenting advance is also a gret combo. About 400 damage after the firts combo and then the 180 attack gives you an additional swing. And if you feel nasty, you can pop up UA before the 180°and hinter their movement
And also another quick tip. UA into TS is amazing and then CR to close the distance. Cause now most people juat run the other way when they sea UA so you can quicly thrust surge them from behind and close the distance with CR

Idk if anyone does this but in HvV with Luke i do all three of Lukes abilities in a combo. It doesn’t matter if someone is guarding or not I usually land this, it’s just like the video, Rush into Repulse but i use the push right after Repulse. I have the reach card on to make sure i hit them with the push after the Repulse just incase. Then while their being pushed away, close the gap with a jump attack or a step depending on where they land. It works like a dream and most get confused when you use rush on them to get behind them fast to pull of a Repulse

On grievous you forgot to say with claw rush if you end the animation on them you stomp on them doing more damage, it's not much but it helps.

Btw, do most of you use Massive Strikes or Steamroll? Most like using one or the other so you can use Control The Force or Fierce Fighter or somethin along with Tenacious... I think I like using Steamroll better, but I use them together both honestly. With Tenacious. I get more kills with his blade than I do with HM anyways. I watched a guy that just runs around with steamroll, fierce fighter, & massive strikes and he was wreckin’ with it..

The Rey one is my favorite. I main her as a hero, and in galactic assualt I don't use that combo (I do larger insight range, longer insight, health on kill), but in HvV, I love that combo.
Han tip: after throwing the detonite at a blocking enemy, start shooting immediately while they’re staggered👌🏼

An even better combo for Kylo is pull, freeze, frenzy, this makes it so it's impossible for enemies that are pulled to escape frenzy, then you can easily kill off the people who weren't targeted by frenzy.
heres one for vader first activate focused rage then choke the enemy but have on the star card that gives his saber throw bonus damage is it hits his enemies twice then quickly run towards them jump hit in mid air then quickly turn around and use saber throw but aim a little towards the ground hope this helps this works against hero's really good
i reverse the grievous combo because claw rush can hit them 2 times because when he gets out of the ability the legs deal even more damage so u can finish the kill
Ironically I use a similar combo like Vader's but on Anakin. I force pull, jump attack, passionate strike, then occasionally force push
I do the same combo with kylo whenever i use him but sometimes i add a little twist to it. So lets say im in a game of galactic assault or heroes vs villians and for the galactic assault scenario, i just spawned as kylo and i see a big group of enemies on the objective and i mean a BIG group like 5 squads huddled together (sometimes it happens with me) well so i decide if theres this many ill use all of my abilities, so i pull every one of them right, well before they hit the ground i freeze them and then go ham with frenzy on em. I know its an ability waste for galactic assault but its actually a good combo HvV considering your only fighting 4 other people and i do this only when all 4 enemies are in range of pull. It does some good damagif you pull it off.
I know a good grivious Combo for ga ... If Someone is Shooting than Block and Press unralanting advance and walk towards them. It works very well for me but it might be dificult at The start U should try it out. Nice Vid!!!
