  • War is sorrow, each battle bringing destruction and loss to the people and the land. Wreckage can affect decades to come, and yet we still we persist in battle generation after generation. Of course, this isn’t new: we see battles all throughout Scripture, and there is much to learn from the lessons of the past.
Today we begin a new series exploring these Biblical battles, opening with the story of Moses facing the Amalekites during the exodus from Egypt. God blessed the Israelites as long as Moses held up his staff, and he could only do that with the support of those around him. Join us as Pastor Dave Jung explores the implications of that story in our lives.
    Scriptures today: Exodus 17:10-13 // Hebrews 2:14 // Philippians 4:13 // Romans 8:31 // 2 Corinthians 12:9
