Just don't buy fake Apple Watches, they will always have some issues Buy a real fitness tracker from a reliable brand like Huawei, or just get a Mi Band If you have more money to spend then get a Galaxy Watch or an Apple Watch (depending on which ecosystem you're in) but if you can't decide between them and also prioritize long battery life then get a Huawei Watch
I have exactly the same proble. I'm waiting for a firmware update which will hopefully fix the issue. I'm not sure how often updates are released though.

Just got a new HK9 ultra 2 for almost a month now… and idk if they might’ve packed the wrong product but my ultra 2 is literally the same as the Ultra 2 Max software wise. Idk if other older HK9 Ultra 2’s support it as well but mine can support version 17.02

It doesn't compare to the reliability of the hello watch 3+. I only had to use it for a day to return to hw3+. It keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth and the wearfitpro is useless, I bought it and it will be stored next to the js hw3+, another rubbish smartwatch, until they decide to improve the firmware and the application. I think these reviews are only used to buy from the link so that the RUclipsr can earn his commission. daily use is impossible with this smartwatch. The Hw3+ updates every 2 weeks and is very reliable, free watchfaces, 6 to 7 days of battery life, compared to the maximum day and a half of the HK9 U2 Max. In my opinion, it's only better in terms of higher resolution, otherwise it's not worth the money. Good luck to whoever bought it.
What about no blood pressure app on the HW3+ ... ? Why can't the HW3+ charge to 100% ... ? Hellowatch has 450mh battery, hk9 ultra 250mh+/-. I have Hw3+, jshw3+, hk9pro+, microwear w99+ and this hk9 ultra 2 max. Of all the hw3+ is the best. hk9 rarely update. But since the hw3+ is already failing me and I really need to have calls on the smartwatch, I bought the Redmi Watch 4. With the screen off dial enabled, even the apple watch gives 1-3 days if battery life! To get a better battery life on it, turn off the screen off dial!

Sensors seems accurate after several tests. Buttons are cheap plastic just coated with metal. Blutooth is okay if you enable Media Audio in sound settings. Battery enough for approx 4 days with daily use ( few calls,etc). Weather data is false, dont trust in it. The album feature is a joke with this low memory capacity😀 Vibration is very weak. Timer has no sound when it finishes counting, just vibrate so weak you miss it. The original apple accessories fits well. TWS support feature is also a joke because you need your phone next to your watch, or listening that maximum 4 songs on your watch because of low memory????😁😁😁😁 But price tag is OK for this “smart” watch

@iMAT yes android. Ive seen reddit posts complaining about it too. Fyi. Ive reset the watch, reinstalled app. All permissions checked. But fbm still wont work. I messaged my seller of hw3 and said most watches have that problem.

Hk9 ultra 2 max has major Bluetooth connectivity issue , the watch will not stay connected to the phone though Bluetooth for more than 2 minutes, it's useless as Bluetooth connectivity issue a basic feature
I have this watch and sadly to say that my $6 TikTok clone is better. This does not record my completed workouts, the weather is off, the watch keeps rebooting, bluetooth audio keeps overriding, and lately, the watch kept rebooting. Very buggy. Hoping to find a better Ultra clone.

I have this watch and sadly to say that my $6 TikTok clone is better. This does not record my completed workouts, the weather is off, the watch keeps rebooting, bluetooth audio keeps overriding, and lately, the watch kept rebooting. Very buggy. Hoping to find a better Ultra clone.
