    I have seen this too. In our case, I think its related to having a local account on the server with the same name as a domain account. When the local user logs in, they get the %username% profile. Afterwards, the domain user logs into that server. Their home directory gets named %username%.domain

    Does the SID value be the same till he leaves the company or will it get changed on a daily basis.

      It will remain same till the time ID present in Domain
