He was clearly heavily influenced by nirvana, as was so many of our generation. I am glad I seen his videos of him doing cover tunes from nirvana, otherwise I never would have gone to see these guys live. Seether is awesome and it is clear they are the next generation of nirvana for us all.

I think Nirvana would have kept going with a harder sound if Kurt was alive and had kept the band going. Seether sorta seems like the progression Nirvana would have taken. Heavy rock and grunge influence.
I usually really dig when Seether covers Nirvana but this time it fell a little flat. I don't know what it is about this one but it's just not something I'll come back and replay any time soon.
