    Hi coach, I'm a skinny javelin thrower and my pb is 34.6m with 800 grams, how can I improve my throw? Should I bulk and gain more muscle?

    What if i feel elbow discomfort with the banded chest stretch

      Then you need to address the elbow pain as a separate issue

    Do you need to feel your chest during the throw? What if i dont feel it? Am i doing wrong?

      Yes, you should feel the chest when you throw I will be posting a follow up video on Friday. Be sure to check that out that will really show you how to do it in the throwing motion not just training wise.
