Man, Comet. I adore this movie. Because of it there are now words for feelings I didn't even know had the words to. Sometimes you can look at someone and know that your life will never be the same. Seeing Comet for the first time felt exactly like that.

rewatched this again after 10 years and god, this film beautifully captures that heart-wrenching feeling when you wake up from a dream and realise that all of it was just that. a dream. something that’s not real. and you desperately wish you could go back to sleep and relive it again, but you know you can’t. and that's just life.
some loves come crashing into our orbit just like a comet, burning so brightly and then, just as fast as it came, it’s gone. it’s just one of those things that simply weren’t meant to last forever, only for a moment.
