Her technique is not compatible for those dry skin like you and me because baking any products such as powder will cause a lot of creasing and make your makeup look cakey. This is bad technique for dry skin

If I don't have time I skip it but I try to give myself plenty of time because I have dry skin. Nothing stays on my water line longer than 30 minutes. Usually less. I tried everything
