you hear that one cylinder skip and always leave all the glow plugs out you can fill the hpop and the rails with oil then dry spin motor 4 times put it all back together it will start very quick
Hydro locked it when the injector get taken out oil and fuel gets into the head you have to take injectors out and turn the key until it shoots out the gas and oil
So in the end I ended up having to pull #8 injector because the copper washer fell off during install causing it to not seat properly. Also I didn’t eject the oil from the cylinders that drains from the high pressure rails because I was too lazy. That’s why it barely turned on the first few cranks. I’m lucky I didn’t bend a rod.
ic u installed a hot air intake. i did that also when i was like 16. then i realized it was silly.

Wrong you leave the glow plugs out and crank motor to prevent hydro locking

Im having this problem right now .
The truck start for 2 seconds then die . now it wont start at all.
