I got mine 3 moths ago, the only one in Costa Rica and just perfect for studio and gig purposes, the IR´s easy to load, for the price there is nothing better in the entire industry, it takes lots of work to get the sounds you are looking for, but in the mean time your are doing that, you are learning for all the effects, amps and their history and the ways to sound. 150% recomended
Paul first of all your playing and tones are incredible. You have such an expressive approach to your style. Just purchased the HX Stomp. Learning and exploring. The tones, amps, and cabs are pretty good right out of the box. My challenge now is how to incorporate it into my pedal board.
Amazing bit of kit, just don't expect to be able to use it out of the box. You need to invest time into this but when you do, it's fantastic. Great value and you can get a plugin version of the pedal for $99 dollar assuming you have bought the hardware. The two are interchangeable, so performance and recording can be incredibly close. From the research I've done, you can get lots of add-ons and expression pedals. Really pleased with mine.
Fantastic product Paul - does it have a Hindmarsh talent button? Could do with one of those. Hope to see you with Lee and the Chappers before too long. Your videos are always fabulously musical, informative and fun.
Hello, I bought the Stomp, it's really great, I'm totally thrilled. For the HX Edit, I would like to see the effects shown at the top of the bar instead of the logos, as shown here in the video, and the name of the effect or amp would also be visible underneath. But really a great device 🙂 i love it.
I finally replaced my M5 with HX Stomp. I thought that I would mainly use it as three stomp boxes, but I’m tempted to learn more of the features. How are you all using your HX Stomp?
Hey Paul. @ 48 seconds into the demo of the HX Stomp, what scale did you play? I've never seen that one before. Do you have other music I can checkout?
I've given up on trying to sell people on the HX stuff " ive owned my helix Lt for 2 yrs and just got the stomp 2 mo agao " i just play the hell out of them and continue to get compliments on my tone.
Are you getting that great sound via this box by itself, or going through other pedals? I've experimented with different pieces of equipment and can't seem to get the tone that I'm looking for. The tone that I'm hearing here is great.
Im trying to convince myself each times Line6 launches a new product to consider it with a total genuine integrity in order [maybe] to buy it ...but each times i end up with the same conclusion = it doesn't sound good !! which simply means 4 me it doesn't sounds real ...Im a great lover (N user) of Boss N Zoom multiFX units but i think the relationship with Line6 is gonna be really hard o_O
Get over it already. These units sound way better than pretty much everything except for Kemper and AxeFX, which none of those is really better in terms of tone relative to price differences. They all sound really, really close.
@UC6zOZlQ4kd9UTnyvxlkgjRQ in what way is Helix "far below"? I don't need to be convinced the other modelers sound great. Of course they do. But they don't sound BETTER ENOUGH than Helix to justify their price differences. Kemper didn't even have a comparably priced unit to compete with Helix until they released the Stage model, and that just happened a couple months ago. It doesn't have near the routing and effect capabilities of the Helix, either. And I wouldn't just listen to what a bunch of clowns say about something online, I'd go and test one myself. That's how I came to my opinion. I've been touring Helix for the last year after ditching my tube amps and pedals I've toured with for more than 15 years. By the way, which modeler do you play??

This is a great demo!! Thank you Paul, Sweetwater, and Line 6!
Love it was looking for a direct solution to run through PA, I found it what a pedal! No more heavy amps
Great playing, Paul!
Awesome product! Great job Line 6 & awesome playin' Paul :-)
my only regret of buying an HX Stomp is not doing it sooner! It has everything I needed, being ridiculously small and rigid. Well done, Line6!
Superb playing for sure and a no nonsense non time wasting reivew thanks mate glad to sub!

Hx stomp really amazing processor. I have. Rock on 🤘🏼
I am really enjoying my HX-Stomp!

Paul, can you put together a CD of these musical ideas? Would be a great listen!!! great tune and great review as always!
Thanks. I would love to do that. One day.
This is pretty awesome I must admit.
Cool piece of kit.
Great video. You make me want to buy one lol!
"Super easy to use" i have no idea how to use it, but it does sound amazing.
Great video! Would love if you would put tabs to those intro songs, both the lead and rhythm. Great work!

Can we please get an option to disable direct monitoring when using as an audio interface? Otherwise it’s literally perfect

Muzikk Mann I’m sure there’s some EQ fiddling in whatever DAW they recorded in
Great demo Paul, using Revstar only is a bit of a loss leader for me as I hate the necks on Revstar, I prefer Jack's Pacifica which I have.
Hi did you use strymon zuma to power up HX stomp?
Awesome guitar playing. What is this style sir?
what are the guitar used here? I don’t recognize the brand.
Hi, can I use a 3-button footswitch like the DigiTech fs3x via the footswitch stereo jack or only a 2-button switch?
Peter George Music yes you can, but only 2 switches will work. I use similar footswitch from TC Electronic.
If I connect my M5 to this via midi can I use the tap tempo on the m5 to control the hx stomp?
Does anyone know what is the guitar brand used in here?
oh.that was quick
can I add an external pedal with 2 buttons, so as to have more controls?
Yes
Hi What is the preset used in the initial solo??? Thank’s

Whats price range???
my home no pc how to edit?
Such a shame you didn’t add a Variax input 🙈 I mean why
Willy Bernardus plenty of room in there for the vid input
They stuff the HX Stomp into a Line 6 Variax Guitar bag, but forgot the VDI input?
What does DSP stand for?
Chris Peters digital signal processing..... Although I have no idea what that means or the difference.
Digital Signal Processing
Can I connect two simultaneous instruments, like the pod hd 500 and x3 live?
True bypass isn't true bypass. In the case of mine, anyway. Still unsure if it's a defect.
Have you set it to True bypass in global settings?
paulhindmarshmusic Yes. On mine there's a noticeable drop in volume and loss of highs. I have explored the issue extensively
"Has enough processing power to run six of them at once"... 🤔
Ok it's nice but... Too expensive and only 6 blocks
