    Very good lecture; unfortunately some of these aren’t options for people because of one reason or another. I wish I was still part of a community like I was when I was younger but unfortunately it isn’t the case anymore - so finding someone is near impossible only by the Grace of Allah (swt) inshAllah I’ll find someone.

      SuperSibsGaming if you want some advice Ayatollah Bahjat (RA) has said- “If a boy or a girl want to get married they should recite Surat Yasin and present it to lady Fatima Masuma (SA)

    It's hard to get married as a convert you don't have a lot of resources to use. I was turned down once by a girls family cause of my background a lot of families go back to their country and find cousins to marry

    • @tasallaabbas7355
      @tasallaabbas7355 5 лет назад +1

      Isn’t that the truth? Even as a Muslim got rejected so so so many times because of cousins

      That’s so messed up, I’m really sorry to hear you’re going thru that. My mother is a convert and I know what you mean but please do not take it as a direct connection to the religion - unfortunately people are unable to separate their culture from what is correct in their religion. I wish you the best of luck on your Islamic journey and on finding your love.

      Shawn Bra this mindset is so messed up, those parents probably care about what others think and not what is truly best. Not gonna lie I'm scared my parents might do the same. I'd marry a convert, or someone from a different race as long as their a good Muslim. But someone parents mindsets get in the way of that. I really understand where your coming from!

      Ask around the community it’s not as if your parents are the be all and end all but definitely the best option if you aren’t connected with the Muslim community (even if it’s small where you are) then it’s a bigger problem

    Its true, I've seen so many marriages in perpetual tranquility. You can hear them a mile away as they demonstrate their tranquility yelling the house down and throwing stuff at each other. Is the Syed talking about Heaven or Earth? Why does Islam push this painful punishment as a farcical "happily ever after"? Why can't Islam be realistic?

    • @Saber23
      @Saber23 3 года назад +4

      Where do you live pal? Islam doesn’t push a “happily ever after” Hollywood ending just look at the families of the Prophets they weren’t perfect by any means so yeah I think you’ve definitely been influenced by the culture around you

    • @yousufhasan3933
      @yousufhasan3933 3 года назад

      @@Saber23sure, I've been influenced by the culture around me to view marriage as a plague upon the human society, the only purpose being to torture a person to within an inch of his sanity just so his sins can be wiped. Care to explain your "truth to power" religious version, y'know, because you're in the know and all?

    • @Saber23
      @Saber23 3 года назад +1

      @@yousufhasan3933 so basically what your saying is that you’re a cynic? You could have just said that pal but your wrong to put it bluntly especially since countries with more traditional views on relationships tend to have happier populations just because you’ve seen tons of broken homes doesn’t mean that suddenly it disqualifies the idea or the institution for the rest of humanity also who said that marriage would wipe ALL of your sins automatically and permanently this isn’t Christianity pal if you commit a sin it’s there until you sincerely repent also if your marriage ever fails it’s guaranteed it’ll probably be your fault with this kind of attitude unless you’ve for some reason become this anti-marriage, cynical incel because of a failed relationship you’ve been in already in which case move the hell on and have some patience instead of just coming here and whining by describing an unstable relationship (or at least a fight) after all this is what you call a “bad faith argument” your taking a concept and forcibly looking at it in a negative light to belittle and attack it hey if it’s any cancelation I’ve seen tons of happy marriages that last life times (that does not mean there is never a struggle or a fight from time to time trials are part of life) also who said I was “in the know” I’m not sure what that means but if your asking if I’m an expert the answer is no obviously not

  • @mohislam3041

    ISLAM is true faith sent down by GOD
    HOWEVER people are getting INTO ALTERATIONS to the ORIGINAL
    Muslims
    STAY with the ORIGINAL ISLAM
    Do not get INTO inventions AFTER the Prophet MUHAMMAD (sas)
    Shia Sufi....etc etc etc. etc
    .be Follower of the Prophet MUHAMMAD
    Ali is not Prophet
    Ahle Bayt is not In Quran

    • @mohammad-alhussainawi2004
      @mohammad-alhussainawi2004 Год назад +5

      The ahlulbayt are in the quran. Why do you lie about the quran?
      Quran 33:33
      "Settle in your homes, and do not display yourselves as women did in the days of ˹pre-Islamic˺ ignorance. Establish prayer, pay alms-tax, and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah only intends to keep ˹the causes of˺ evil away from you and purify you completely, O members of the ˹Prophet’s˺ family!"
      Also, no shia beleives Imam Ali AS is a prophet. You either have been lied to by ignorant or malicious people, or you are ignorant yourself. Allah gave you the gift of speech. Why not use it and ask the shia what they beleive in? Instead of asking people that are not shia about us?

    • @corpsefoot758
      @corpsefoot758 Год назад +2

      Saqifa-Khalifa is an alteration.
