Gail is so wonderful. She is one of the first people that Andy and I thought of when we were curating the convention and we were utterly thrilled when she said yes! I've always thought she is so cool - and now that I've spent a little time with her, I know she is just the most human person. What a way to kick off the convention.

Great interview but I would suggest she watched Nightwish perform live in 2013 they are amazing and the best band live I've ever seen (and I've seen Queen).
Great women, awesome voice, awesome bass player. Awesome person. And Bowie proof hi is genius bcs he from day one use best musician. He discovered Luther Vandross. that discovery alone is worthy of a Nobel Prize. Plus iggy pop, lou reed, etc, etc etc. man was/genius
Gail. You’re queen fan. Queen have/had few great songs. Fredie was excellent singer and frontman. But all great queen songs wrote may, taylor. Most ever recognisibel bass line is Under pressure/ john deacon, and rest bowie wrote. Taylor was/is Bowie fan, later big friend. Bowie is like Beatles( 4 people) and he is alone. But he had Mick Ronson &. But he recognised musicians who are top notch. Fripp is awesome but work with Bowie gave him spotlight
Bowie was/is. 10x better than Queen. Five top. Bowie, Rolling Stones,Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd. All others are below. Elvis, sintra is not Rock’n’roll. But elvis and sintra are No.1. Overall.
