He should have called the lady and give her a tour of his company and took her criticism openly on the social and even tell her fans that the issue with the product has been resolved. If he had the opposite if what he did, Erisco products will be trending now for good reasons and more customers will line up. The way the company handled the whole procedures of the lady arrest was wrong. They should have done it in a civil manner and still make her pay for saying the product kills people.They didn't have to be brutal and aggressive about it. Every intelligent and successful entrepreneur knows that "the customer is always right" no matter what they say. The burden of proof is upon the seller to prove them wrong. This is done by being transparent with their production process. So the gentleman in this case is very wrong. The police who arrested the complainant are wrong. This is a civil case that should be resolved via amicable consultation or a law suit. If the accused is not compensated and released from jail, then we have to admit that there is something very very wrong about our judicial system. A judicial system that caters to the welfare of 150+ million people cannot be as incompetent as this.
It's not even a civil case, Chioma as a customer has the right to review a product that she bought. The product went from being Erico's property to Chioma's immediately money changed hands.
