Awesome! My office is full now so maybe I should do an update video of this system. The boxes are working really well and I’ve gotten to about 320 items in storage and still have room for growth. I think I can fit about 200-250 items per metal shelf.
Yes I can already feel a shift after just a few weeks of using the new system. It took some time to set up, but now it will save me time going forward.
Mostly thrift stores and bin stores (amazon return stores). I also shop at yard sales, consignment stores, retail stores, auctions, and estate sales. And occasionally my family will gift me things they are getting rid of since they know what I do for a living.

I was a full-time eBay seller a few years ago and things would have went smoother if I was better organized with my inventory and how I cataloged it.
