- This was our summer trip to Morzine 2023 .
Was a brilliant trip again with a good bunch of mates and with my boy Bruce.
Pleney Black was awesome and the big gap jump was a tester at the start but is built perfectly .
This video shows my strange crash and highlights the reason for wearing a good quality helmet
Great riding from you all. It’s never comfortable watching a friend in pain, but it’s good you kept the footage in the edit. It makes us all respect the trails and what could happen to even the best and most experienced riders. I’m now gutted I didn’t try the gap jump.

Crashing comes with the sport and as long as I can get a leg over a bike I'll be riding for many years yet 😂👍
That was a brilliant edit Brian! I really enjoyed that! Some pace you boys go at! you were even getting dropped by Bruce! 😂 He’s gonna podium some races next season btw! I need to find my big boy pants, not had them for a while now! Very inspirational that mate.
That crash looked a belter! You could tell you were out of it for a while like. Nice of the French lad to stop too and help. 👌

Yip I couldn't keep that pace up they definitely dropped me 😢😂.
Bruce is at that age where he has no fear and wants to improve his riding and watching him getting a buzz out of riding with you boys is just brilliant 👍.
You were flying in front of me mate 👌.
That crash isn't what everyone wants to see but felt I had to show how easy it can go wrong and the importance of a good lid 👍
