That was fun Taco - I totally agree with you, everyone should just go 'off grid' once in a while and just 'be' ! It's good to see you doing nothing in particular, just wandering and enjoying some time out - you deserve it. Nature is a wonderful thing, powerful and NEVER tamed. Thanks for taking us along on New Years Day. Take care Taco - 🙂
So good to see you back there again, it's been a few years. You were smart to wear bright colors but sweetie, where are your boots? You said it had been raining... Next time bring a small rake to move around leaves and such. Thanks for the ride, the water sounds were so peaceful 😊
We used to go digging as a child with our uncle. Learned so much from him. We found so many candy jars shaped like cars, trains , ect. Showed in abandoned homes where to look to find firearms - knives ect. That people would hide under floor boards and around door and window frames. Money as well:)
Nice change of location Taco! Reminds me of DD Explores when she's off to the woodlands. I would like to see you in nature as often as you can take us.
Hi Taco! I loved that outdoor adventure. When you go again, you may want to wear some boots for better navigation and prevent snake bites. I love listening to a spring of water running down…..to me it’s so peaceful. We’re always around noisy vehicles, people, machinery. I enjoy the peacefulness of the woods. Salsa was so excited to see her Dad back home!! Don’t worry about video schedules this new year. We’ll be here no matter when you get them out . Blessings always…..hug Salsa for me, and Happy Nee Year!!! ❤️✝️😊
I do remember your last adventure there. And looking for bottles. It is a pretty place. Too bad about all the trash. Mother nature even reclaiming those roofing shingles. Happy New Year too you and Salsa. ✌️✌️✌️
Thank you Taco for showing this video it brought back memories of me and my sisters climbing through the hills and hollers of Southeastern Kentucky looking for Treasure and Adventures
Hey Taco. Loved the walk in the woods, so peaceful. Used to talk walks like that when I was younger & my daughter was still at home. We saw plenty of wildlife, including copperheads. We berry picked in the summer. Miss those days. Legs won't take me now. Thanks for bringing back good memories. Take care.
Loved the nice adventure. The water shaping the rocks and trash reminds me of Glass Beach in Fort Bragg Ca. Over time trash was dumped in the ocean and after they cleaned it up there is glass and porcelain and other items sanded down by the waves. Very beautiful.
That was really fun. I remember that place. My husband and I love doing that kind of stuff. At 71 and 72 we are limited. We have beautiful walking sticks our son made us, it easier with them. Happy New Year to you and sweet Salsa.
The old timers didn't really think it through when they dumped trash into their water supply. I noticed this also on land I grew up on in Missouri that people put old cars in washouts not thinking about the oil and junk leaking out of them and into the very water they used and watered their stock in. I'm glad you had a good adventure. I hope you do it more often as I think it was good for you and it was fun to watch too.
Nice walk in the woods. The rocks were possibly dumped there after being removed from farm fields. Likely the bush was less thick in that area years ago. Happy New Year! 👍👍
I remember this, of course! Good colors to wear because of poachers. At least we have them here on our acreage. Winter is the best time to hunt. Even Larkin, our mini poodle, wears blaze orange during hunting season. I also call out that we have a white dog because White Tail Deer are what live here and hunters shoot at a flash of white if they are careless. And I sing loudly, enough to drive off any hunter. Check the edges of the new water route. Also, go back over the other one. Whole bottles were tossed out in the soft winter's snow. Broken ones landed on rocks that broke them! I wish you had a good, very good, metal detector. That could help you locate some very interesting things.
Have you tried panning for gold in the stream? If you find some, don't even about where you found it. Bring a rake next time. And a backpack for your treasures!
So glad to see you take a few hours to yourself and do something different. You could use some rocks for your property to help build a rock wall to divert water.
I found this info: Gold is most often found in York and Lancaster counties. In York County, try looking around Dillsburg, Grantham, Wellsville or Rossville; or near Shrewsbury and Winterstown - these are all areas where the local streams have produced respectable gold finds. One search said that the quartz, like you found, may indicate gold.
I too am wary of walking around my 62 acre property during hunting season. I believe its over now. I've only been here since July and it does seem like a great time of year to get out and have a look around.
If the farmer cultivated the fields, they would have to go around and collect the rocks pushed up by "Frost Heave". They would use a tractor with a "Rock Sled" behind it. Put the rocks on the sled & drag it to the dump area and unload. Hitting a big rock with a cultivator (Plow) would break the blades.
Definitely do it again sometime. It was great to see what has been going on out there. Lots of stuff. Is that all your property? Wow, large peoperty. Thanks for letting us tag along.😊
Yeah I remember you being out here before, good to return again to see what Mother Nature has been up to lol ! This reminds me of my beer can hunting days in the late 70s as a kid, as you said, people would illegally dump trash way back in the woods, and it was always a fun adventure for my friends and me to find them and dig around. We took wood broom handles and cut the end at a 45 degree angle. Made a good cheap digger and poker!
The gold wouldn't be in that dirt but in the quartz rocks like you picked up and I would use a rake to remove the leaves to see what good stuff may be hidden underneath
Yes ..I remember this place...such fun going back and boy has it changed...I use to love walks in the woods and looking for different rocks...not able to do that now but I still have my memories and love them...take care...praying for a better year...🥰🥰
In Philadelphia back in 1800s Ppl used to throw debris into the outhouse pit and cover it over. They've found real silverware fine china and other items University of Penn hospital has a display of things found We do the same with landfills now. Unless guys like you can intercept it
I would love to learn the history and age of you're house and you,re property and the types of people that settled it..metal detecting would be fun there😅
Looks like you need to have a trash picking day at home! Do you know how old that dump is? The farm it was on? We cleared out an old dump one time. It was mostly Prince Albert tobacco cans.😂
I still say you should have gotten that Ghostbusters building you found. That's sought after and people restore them with parts and donor buildings. Now, how does one pack out the metal?
This video makes me so sad..all that nastiness going into the waterway…😭 and why oh why would some dump all this trash into a beautiful piece of Mother Nature?? 😢
You should have found a big rock to sit on and stayed awhile just listening to the water flow. The sound of the water flowing brings such a peaceful feeling to me. While growing up many times I would be sitting on a creek bank, catching fish, listening to the water flowing. Those were some of the best years of my life. I occasionally find somewhere to go now, but hunting clubs have taken over most places and you cannot enter without paying ridiculous prices for club membership. Boy, times have really changed.
I remember this place……can’t remember why I walked into the kitchen …but remember this 😂 Cool place….loved hearing and seeing the water…very peaceful ❤...If you go again maybe bring a backpack to carry anything you find so you won't forget it
Wow all that flooding you had really did a number on the dump site. Crazy how it's changed since the last time you showed us around. Growing up I spent lots of time in the woods behind my grandparents walking around. When my cousin (lives in South Carolina) and my sister ( lives in Texas) were up in Michigan we decided to do it again like old times. It was fun talking about memories while walking then the darn mosquitoes joined the party and chased out of the woods.
The water was mesmerizing, I loved it.. Queen Salsa makes an appearance 🐕🦺 😋 😍 Thanks for sharing her with us 🐕🦺. . Ok what if Salsa has learned how to spell O-U-T and what it means???
Happy New Year! Was that a copper pipe? Looks like there is a lot of scrap there. How old do you think that bottle was? With the waterfall there and all it looked like a peaceful nice place to be, even in winter. Great for a campfire there.
That was nice, I could listen to water moving down a creek for hours, it sounds so relaxing. To bad you couldn't of brought Salsa. Happy New Year, may it be a profitable one for you.
I like how you said you don't want to do stupid thing then i see you pick up quartz rock that's what the white rock was followed by corrugated peace of asbestos...
Hi Taco. That was fun. I remember you going out there a few times. If I remember correctly you to Renee out the to. I love going to the woods and walking around and listening to the birds and water . It’s so relaxing. Thanks for sharing this it was wonderful. And that place has changed so drastically. Take care. PEACE. ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️🥰🥰🥰🦮🦮🦮🦮🦮🦮🦮🥰🥰🥰💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Oh, Taco, you made me laugh several times! You were on this video! I am a “rock”person, but not in identifying rocks, I paint rocks. I paint rocks to look like frogs mostly, but I have done a variety of animals. I even paint some to look like houses and cottages, too. Hope your New Year has started out good and you’re in better health. ✌🏼❤️
I love rocks. It's fun to snoop around. I like to think about what things looked like back in the day
I love the sound of the rushing water
❤ HELLO JUST WANTED TO SAY, I LOVE THE SOUND OF THE WATER TOO.
ITS RELAXING ❤ HAPPY NEW YEAR 😊
Love the sound of running water it good to get out of town & allow one’s self to relax
It was a fun adventure! You need to go out in the wilderness once in awhile. It’s so peaceful!
You need to bring a small rake and shovel with you to move things around. Most treasure is underneath all those leaves. 🎉
This.
That was fun Taco - I totally agree with you, everyone should just go 'off grid' once in a while and just 'be' ! I am so happy to see you enjoying yourself outdoors in nature. To me it is a nice break from the norm and get recharged!❤

Thanks for the adventure . What a beautiful place even with the rubbish.
Very wise dressing in bright clothes and being cautious in the unstable ground with all the rain.Happy New Year Taco
Cool to see the Ghostbusters firehouse. I love digging in those old dumps to. I collect bottles, marbles and toys.
Happy new year to you taco stacks

Happy safe New Year Taco✨🥂✨
Thank you Taco for showing this video it brought back memories of me and my sisters climbing through the hills and hollers of Southeastern Kentucky looking for Treasure and Adventures
Hi Taco, you are doing the same thing I love to do. I love to explore the woods. The quietness is priceless
Hey Taco. Loved the walk in the woods, so peaceful. Used to talk walks like that when I was younger & my daughter was still at home. We saw plenty of wildlife, including copperheads. Good morning Taco. Wow what a way to start the New Year. I have enjoyed this video. Very cool. Happy New Year to you Taco and Salsa 🎉🎉🎉.

Maybe you can find some waterproof hiking boots! It was fun! Happy New Year!🥳
The old timers didn't really think it through when they dumped trash into their water supply. We used to go to the Delaware Water Gap and hunt for small fossils.
It may not be his property and he's being respectful
No boots?
So glad to see you take a few hours to yourself and do something different. You could use some rocks for your property to help build a rock wall to divert water.
How did I know you were going to say "it's a dead tree"? I love your humor, and of course your channel. Please give Salsa a hug for me.

Happy New Year Taco and Salsa! Looking forward to another year of high fiving my monitor 5 days a week!🎉
I love the sound of the water. How this dump has changed!!
I too am wary of walking around my 62 acre property during hunting season. I believe its over now. I've only been here since July and it does seem like a great time of year to get out and have a look around.

Happy new year taco stacks. It was a fun little ramble. Can’t wait for more garbage videos in the new year.🎉🎊
Definitely do it again sometime. It was great to see what has been going on out there. Lots of stuff. Is that all your property? Wow, large peoperty. Thanks for letting us tag along.😊
Taco this video makes me grateful for my towns recycling program. Wish you could film walks in nature. I love the sound of the water too.

Oh man, my friends & I would do the same except it was the mid 60's. What great memories 😊
The gold wouldn't be in that dirt but in the quartz rocks like you picked up and I would use a rake to remove the leaves to see what good stuff may be hidden underneath
Yes ..I remember this place...such fun going back and boy has it changed...I use to love walks in the woods and looking for different rocks...not able to do that now but I still have my memories and love them...take care...praying for a better year...🥰🥰
I remember on out at the old farm of grandma grandpa. Going look at all the old things there
Wow that's so beautiful out there. I wish I lived there
In Philadelphia back in 1800s
Ppl used to throw debris into the outhouse pit and cover it over.
They've found real silverware fine china and other items
University of Penn hospital has a display of things found
We do the same with landfills now. Unless guys like you can intercept it
HAHAHA when you asked what kind a tree that is i said its a dead one then laughed when you said the same
I would love to learn the history and age of you're house and you,re property and the types of people that settled it..metal detecting would be fun there😅
Happy, Happy New Year's!!

Happy new year 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🤠🇬🇧
I think your girl wishes she could have gone with you. Happy New Year!
I love rocks! I pick up rocks everywhere I go. Think I probably have collected more than 10,000😂😢😮.
Holy crap, that's cool! What do you do with them all?
I have them in the yard. 5lbs to one ton. From all over the US. Made raised flower beds. I'm a horticulturist.
Happy New Year
Fun adventure ✌🏻
That one area looks like a sink hole starting, with the fresh dirt/mud. Be careful back there Taco!
Happy New Year Taco and Salsa.
Where's your metal detector machine to find the treasures?
Taco, that was a great adventure. We need to see more of that, is that land yours if it is takes some of those rocks.😊😊😊😊😊
This video makes me so sad..all that nastiness going into the waterway…😭 and why oh why would some dump all this trash into a beautiful piece of Mother Nature?? 😢
Happy New Year,a great day to get outside and explore the natural areas
Happy new year Taco, thanks for the adventures and looking forward to another great year
Thanks for the adventure
Love the waterfall sounds. Happy New Year to you.
Very enjoyable. You should bring some sort of bag with you to carry your "finds". Yellow and red jacket/ smart! No broken ankles/ smarter!!
Thank for sharing I enjoy the water just to sit there and talk to God thanking him for all the Blessings take care and warm up Happy New Year
You should have found a big rock to sit on and stayed awhile just listening to the water flow. The sound of the water flowing brings such a peaceful feeling to me.

Boy, times have really changed.
That looked like fun but your feet looked cold in sneakers. "A dead tree" 😂😂😂😂. Do you have bear in that area? Is it hibernation time? ❤🐨
I remember you coming there a couple of times.
I remember this place……can’t remember why I walked into the kitchen …but remember this 😂 Cool place….loved hearing and seeing the water…very peaceful ❤...If you go again maybe bring a backpack to carry anything you find so you won't forget it

Listening to the water was relaxing for me. Thank you for taking us along.
The water was mesmerizing, I loved it..
Queen Salsa makes an appearance 🐕🦺 😋 😍 Thanks for sharing her with us 🐕🦺. .
Ok what if Salsa has learned how to spell O-U-T and what it means???
The trickling brook was the best music I've heard today!
What a nice little adventure and outing for you! Being out in nature is good for you. Happy 2024!
Great Fun Taco many thanks!!
Back in our days in the corp. Taco Steve was always know as a joker and it still shines through, love ya work buddy!
Great video. The power of water is amazing
Happy New Year! Was that a copper pipe? Looks like there is a lot of scrap there. How old do you think that bottle was? With the waterfall there and all it looked like a peaceful nice place to be, even in winter. Great for a campfire there.
The piece that looked like lead reminded me of part of a pop machine where you would open the bottles that came out of it.
Be careful ! Heaven knows what is out there ! Could be poisonous or sharp hidden in the ground.
In michigan,s upper peninsula you see piles of rocks on farms. They pop out of the ground.
Peaceful New Years day. Live long and Prosper. 🖖
Good morning! Happy New Year!
I enjoyed that. Love the sound of a babbling brook. Thank you. Happy New Years.
On our property, the original owner used to let people dump here to make the lawn higher to be even with the road after he covered it all with dirt.
This was a fun video, Taco. I think it is wonderful to see, how water can change an area in the course of just two years.
Oh more of the same please
That was nice, I could listen to water moving down a creek for hours, it sounds so relaxing. To bad you couldn't of brought Salsa. Happy New Year, may it be a profitable one for you.
I like how you said you don't want to do stupid thing then i see you pick up quartz rock that's what the white rock was followed by corrugated peace of asbestos...
Great adventure, thanks 😊❤
Enjoyed the out in nature day. Too bad it’s a dump…..Happy New Year!

Thought I got on the Mudlarking channels for a moment.. Enjoyed..😊

Loved the sound of the water and your commentary 😊
I was with you last time. The fan is gone‼️😂 🤗💖🦋
That's a pretty Rock I wonder how many pretty pieces of jewelry I can make out of it
Clay pipes? Let's see
Great video. I remember you going there before. Love it. 🙏🏻❤️
