There's two variations of the jab step imo. The shallow, but explosive one to sell the move or the deep jab step to help create space for a jumpshot/pump fake. Doing the deep jab step into a pump fake then explosive jab into a pull up or drive can have you looking like Prime Melo. Im no pro but hopefully this can help somebody out.

I wanna like this but the graphic lines are distracting, the split screens are either outta sync or focused on the wrong movement or too far zoomed in. This feels less like fundamentals for viewers and more about how can we make kyrie look cool. Did he hire family to make the vid?
I'm a critic of the editing, yes there's information here, but I don't like the story the editor told. This seems more like a teser than a video about fundamentals, it dones't seem like any thoughts are fleshed out or even introduced/easy to follow. Ofc it could be because Kyrie might not have performed well, but all I can see is the editing so that's the assumption I'm making.
