Huohuo is the optimal but she won't make a huge difference imo. Supports aren't as much of your focus in Aglaea's case as buffers for example.
With orb you should always use lightning since she gains a ton of atk it begins to saturate

The difference between the 2 is negligible from what I've seen. If you absolutely need one for another team just use the other

no, its the free one now. The arts got switched with the feixiao cone but the feixiao cones effect is still the phainon art lcs effect.
