Try not eating nuts or peanut butter. I know you love it, but I found out I was allergic to nuts and gluten too, so as soon as I stopped eating nut products, white flour bread and also any frozen foods that are processed, my cystic acne cleared. I wish I had known this when I was younger, but I suffered with it for like 20 years trying everything and doctor visits as well. It was really just eliminating the foods I had allergies too.

if your gut health is bad that could definitely be causing your acne/hormone imbalance! the spiro might work but it’ll only be a band aid solution for the real issue. good luck💕

Hey Summer! I'm sorry to hear that you are slighlty breaking out again after being on accutane. I was on accutane a few years ago and my face never looked better, but then about 1.5 years after getting off (and only ever have one mini zit from month to month) my skin started really acting up. I noticed it was especially breaking out during that time of the month, so my dermatologist but me on spiro as well! I take 100mg each day and it has been working really well. I still have the occasional breakout but it is so minimal to the extent that I don't feel the need to wear face makeup. I'm interested in hearing more about your skincare journey and I hope spiro works well for you too!

Hi!!! I have been on spiro and loved it! I’m pregnant now, so I had to get off but it helped tremendously. It’s an over time help if that makes sense, not like a fast help.
Did your acne come back? I couldn’t even make a week in spiro it gave me panic attacks

I moved to Utah this year too. All liquor stores are closed on Sunday’s. As well as many small business shops. Aaaand you can’t buy liquor in stores unless it’s commercial beer. But even that it’s hard to find in groceries stores lol. And the sparkling wine water is NOT the move. Don’t get it.

I’ve used tretinoin ever since I got off accutane and it has helped so much! I think that’s the main reason my skin has stayed as clear as it has after accutane
