@aegyolover yeah..a site says that using romanization in reading korean is bad because not all korean letters has a representation in english..so if you really want to read and understand the korean language you should learn first the hangul..the site i was saying is " talk to me in korean dot com" just sharing..btw @musicphtgrphy nice vid :)
i thought that this video would be rubbish after seeing the first few secs cause it was pictures but i thought that this video is actually quite good! B.R.I.L.L.I.A.N.T. 5 Stars
@SuperSkyheart2 yes, she's talking about lipstick.. in some videos it is written as 'lipstick-geun' or 'lipstick근' but in other videos it is written in hangul as '립스틱은' so when the translators based in these videos they translate 립스틱은 into 'ripseutigeun' which on the other hand is right because the romanization corresponds to the hangul characters correctly.. but lipstick-geun is the right word that minzy used.. LOLz i hope this may help you and will not make you more confused.. XDDD
@AoiLoverSan I definitly agree!!!! Whenever I want to see the lyrics to a Korean song, I always prefer the Hangul. While I was in Korea, I would try to read romanized versions of sentences and Korean people would laugh. After I learned how to read and speak Korean, I had to laugh at myself and the pronunciation I was using when trying to say things using the romanized version. So, yes... Hangul makes things so much easier!
i have a question..at the beginning when minzy talks about lipstick, i've seen it different in the three videos that i've watched. which one is the correct one? TT
well, i'm korean and i also speak english. i agree that the romanizing idea thingy's a good idea, but i cant really read it. it never makes sense to me.
