Most HITECH and advanced city in the world is
1st New York
2nd Seoul
3rd Shenzhen
Tokyo ?
No way. it is very inconvenient to live in NY ,for example, NY subway or publick transportation systems are not so good,no punctual, dirty, likely to be broken, shortage of maintenance etc. They cannot manage the public transportation system from the central control center, That is why public transportations are not punctual. We cannot say that such cities have advanced technology. The quality , punctuality ,precision and safety etc. are the important factors to be admitted as advanced technology.
