i’m a freshman. yes freshman can have cars, but you’re ‘supposed’ to get a parking pass and it’s about $125 each semester. i didn’t hand pick my dorm, this is the dorm i was given. just make sure if you want a certain dorm at this school, do the housing application as soon as possible!!! like ASAP
