Hey interesting video! ❤ Your tiredness sounds like you could be anaemic? Do you eat much red meat? Iron is key for energy espically for women 💪 Try lifting weights and making sure you're eating enough protein. That should help you to feel better 😊
No, I’m not anemic, I think I was so tired because I went from being free to do as I please to going back to school and work the same week along with poor sleep hygiene & not planning my meals well. Just a lot of new things very suddenly. Bad timing is all lol thanks for watching!!! 🥰❤️
