How do you feel about road runners/jig heads with a spinner for cold weather crappie? You always hear about slowing everything down in the cold because their not as aggressive/active but I see people here on RUclips that do just fine and still catch them!

I never slow down when the water is cold in fall they seem to really like the road runner heads and paddle tail bodies, usually in spring/cold water do they at times like a slower presentation like suspended baits under floats and vertically jigged off bottom
