Number 16 the catcher is smart behind the plate and makes good decisions, like not throwing to second when he was already safe but instead of holding it he pump faked the throw hard and threw the runner off his game at third and consequently got him. Number 11 is a excellent base runner he's smart, light on his feet, and my personal favorite he doesn't second guess his own decisions. When he thinks go he goes. Those intangibles get you to the next level.
What's up Jason. Hope your doing great with the O's. And i had a question..I play outfield and I was wondering what 60 time i should be having my sophmore year of highscool. And what arm velocity from OF
Luis Menendez Good 60 times are under 7.0 seconds and velocities over 90 from the outfield should be your goal by your senior year if your looking to play after high school. I recommend speed work 2 times a week. If you do more than that your risking injury. Keep working hard and good luck to you.
JasonKnine I just ran a 6.79 sophomore year but im only like 84 from the outfield, what should I do to get to 90? I try to long toss a lot, but how often?
Sorry to hear about your finger! It must be killing you not to be able to play! We were wanting to try to come and watch one of your games if you were in Orlando or somewhat close.
Yes. MaxBats and Old Hickory Bats. Model P100. 33inch 30oz. I've been messing around with all the different types of wood. Can't go wrong with Maple, Birch or Ash. Still haven't decided which one is my favorite yet.
hey Jason I've watched a lot of your videos and your a veey good ball player. i wanted to ask at what age do you wanna start going to showcases cause im only 13 going on too 14 and ive only played in one showcase is that normal?
hey jason, im 13 about to turn 14 in september, im just wondering how to get my name out there, i havent been apart of alot of huge travel teams but im going into 8th grade and i played for the evoshield canes for a while this summer, what would your advice be?
t y s o n My advice to you would be to focus on being the best athlete you can be and play other sports too. Start getting your name out there when your a sophomore by doing a few showcase and/or camps and go from there. Be ready for you junior year. It's your most important.
He should have even though he was sick and missed an evaluation, game and wasn't able to pitch. The guy in charge of picking the team is new to their program and has a way to go.
These kids all look very talented, but the one problem I do see is how slowly some of these pitchers go to the plate with runners on base. I saw it in the last video you put up too! That's why all these kids are stealing 3rd base, not because they are blazing fast. These dudes throw hard and the catchers all have good arms, so if they learned to be quicker to the plate the running game would be shut down
TheMRBaseballprodigy the kids running also run sub 6.9 60s and if you are looking at the leg raise being slow, keep in mind that the pitcher has to be quick after the leg raise to be a high velocity pitcher 90% of the time, there are some exceptions
I get that, but no matter how hard you throw, you still have to be quick to the plate. These catchers can gun 6.9 60 guys all day if the pitcher is quick. And you can still get max velocity without being slow on the leg kick
TheMRBaseballprodigy the leg lift shouldn't even matter if its a lefty pitching, and if a pitcher is a 1.4-6 down the mound the catcher should have time to throw a runner out. I get how you are saying that the pitchers should be quicker but they are trying to impress scouts with velo, and most pitchers need a controlled leg lift to maintain velo from the stretch
Anthony Ricevuto They're solid players yes however, 400ft isn't anything that impressive for 18 year olds anymore. Half of freshman juco players are 18 and hit those on the reg. What is impressive is that center fielder tasting the grass at 2:50 while tracking down a ball. In the time I played baseball from 3 yrs-22 yrs old I never seen that.haha smh
I got the catcher at a 1.70-1.75 pop time!! That’s pretty impressive!! That’s better than most pro catchers. Just sayin….. Editing my comment…..that catcher is really freaking good. I caught in college and he has quick feet and really fast release. If I was him, I would be on my pitchers ass avout those high and slow leg kicks. Why do pitchers do that? Give the catcher no chance to throw someone out with a slow leg kick.
2:51 SNIPERRRRR!!!!
such a quality footage. big thanks

True
The first kid that was up has a weird way of gripping the bat ive never seen anyone have there thumb along the bat like that..
GamingWithAstev ikr
GamingWithAstev Jackie Robinson
I do the same thing with my thumb, it actually helps you control the bat better
It’s giving me anxiety I fucking hate it
GamingWithAstev Trent Grisham
that kid who hit the home run also is an amazing catcher he's gonna be big in a few years
Jason I'm missing the videos man...keep up the good work se a bright future for you!!!
I missed a few tournaments this summer with a broken finger on my throwing hand. Eventually the videos will be back. Thanks for the comment bro.
Thanks Jason!

does anyone have any tips cuz in a couple months im going to cooperstown 4 baseball
The only tip you need is to have fun. Cooperstown is a blast.
Anyone know what glove the catcher for Pride is using?
Nothing better then the sound of the bats and anyone can agree on that
Hey Jason, is there a certain bbcor bat you would recommend to me. or should i wait for the new line of bats in 2015?
I like the Rawlings Velo because it's quick through the zone and has good pop. I would go with a 2014 model and save $$$
I could go watch one of this I live really close
Isaac Zapp did I ask
Lucas Savarino shut ur mouth he just commenting I run into all of these people like u just shut ur mouth and guess what I’ll ask dumbo
Isaac Zapp could u go watch one of these??Guess what I just asked so stop being rude
At 14,did you see 80+ mph pitching and if so,was it intimidating?
At first a little but not for long.
what team did wewant to win
Sorry to hear about your finger! It must be killing you not to be able to play! We were wanting to try to come and watch one of your games if you were in Orlando or somewhat close.
Thank you.
Hey Jason are you still using MaxBats? And if so what model and wood type? Thanks!
Yes. MaxBats and Old Hickory Bats. Model P100. 33inch 30oz. I've been messing around with all the different types of wood. Can't go wrong with Maple, Birch or Ash. Still haven't decided which one is my favorite yet.
Alright sweet!
The first lefty is Dylan Cyphert
How is the 1st batter holding his bat
Jason ur really good I hope u go somewhere with baseball
Thank you.
yo jason! i'm really considering attending a perfect game usa showcase. just wanted to know what your opinion of them is?
Perfect Game and USA Baseball are both great for getting exposure.
hey Jason I've watched a lot of your videos and your a veey good ball player. i wanted to ask at what age do you wanna start going to showcases cause im only 13 going on too 14 and ive only played in one showcase is that normal?
+Jonathan Santiago Your sophomore year is a good time to do a few showcases, but your junior year is your most important.
2:51 I’m dying 😂🤣😂🤣🤣
is the short stop in the first inning cole-man?? aka heavilinhobby??
+Theglove guy1234 No, there wasn't a Coleman on any roster.
Did they let you keep the bat ? When you was at the homerun derby
No, they used the same bats for the celebrity softball game.
Oh sorry to hear that man get better and go do what you know what do best!
Favorite level of baseball.
lol that swing at 2:03 😂
Carlos kelly - Baseball recruiting Video - Class of 2014 what yall think ?

Charlie played for the USA Stripes team. Wearing white pants in this video.
JasonKnine what number is he ?
You guys got a great catcher and his hitting is great too. Where is he going to college?
Do you have any tips for getting faster? Seems like everything I do doesn't work
Tom Ryan Getting more flexible, learn proper form, speed work 2 times a week. Stack.com has some good speed workouts for baseball players.
hey jason, im 13 about to turn 14 in september, im just wondering how to get my name out there, i havent been apart of alot of huge travel teams but im going into 8th grade and i played for the evoshield canes for a while this summer, what would your advice be?

Damn, sux the game ended on a pitch in the dirt called strike.
Why does #12 have his thumb on his bat
BaL Scopez 11* And I don't know. He doesn't have the "look" of a baseball player you know? It's just different.
Idk however he likes IG
Time stamp?
Bunting?
4:34 I think
Why do all the bats sound like theyre breaking everytime they hit
How does this have 1.1 million views
Most of these players went d1 or got drafter. A few have already made it to the show.
What bat are you using at the homerun derby tomorrow?
We used the new Louisville Slugger coming out soon.
That ass I seen that shot you hit in the second bullpen keep it up, hard work will pay off soon bro JasonKnine

JasonKnine who is #6 for the pride?
Hi Jason, I'm 14 and I would like to start weight training. How did you start out and with what equipment? I have a $450 budget. Thanks,
Brian
I started out with an Olympic bench and weight set. Start slow and get acclimated with weights. Increase weight and sets slowly. Don't go crazy.
Why did that guy slide head first into first base... You only do that if there is gonna be a tag
Corbin Cross no your aloud to slide head first or any way into first trying to beat the throw
Was Your first hit off Chris Andritsos?
He was on the Stripes roster, but I'm not sure if that was him.
Nice video! good players! Hello from Russia Kursk baseball fans)
Thank you Russia Kursk baseball fans. Very cool.
Did you make the team ?
He should have even though he was sick and missed an evaluation, game and wasn't able to pitch. The guy in charge of picking the team is new to their program and has a way to go.
Wait, is #13 Kyle Tucker?
Yes
+Jasonknine what wood bat do you use
+Tye cecil Tucci model TL-JH29-M
Is that Carson Faulmer pitching? He's #21
+Eddie Estrada No, #21 is Cole McKay.
What posin you play
1st base in this video.
why was the first batter's hands like that
Seems like a way to injure the thumb.
Lucas Herbert is a beast

I'm sure they are, but if they go slow to the plate like that in college they'll get stolen on every time there's a runner on

U should see Bryce Harper at 15
Anthony Ricevuto They're solid players yes however, 400ft isn't anything that impressive for 18 year olds anymore. Half of freshman juco players are 18 and hit those on the reg.
