Viewing this suddenly brings me back in time to February 2020 and the Snow Festival. Spent nine days there and it looked so peaceful at night. Damn Sapporo-shi where you’ve been all my life?!
As a person who spends 20 out of 24 hrs in a hospital bed and the rest in a wheelchair, these videos allow me to visit a beautiful country that is a Jewel of humanity. Thank you for you work.🙏🙏🙏

I mentioned it in my description. Please see it. They were flickering and it was visible by human naked eyes but not that extreme. But when shot by a camera, it synced with the shutter speed and started looking like that.
Yes, I shot the daytime Sapporo video as soon as I arrived in Sapporo and went back to my hotel to take a rest for a couple of hours and went outside again to shoot this one because the weather forecast said it's going to be snowstorm. But at this moment I didn't expect the storm was that big enough to cripple the city transportation.

これまた冬の札幌の美しいこと!
特に札幌時計台のライトアップと大通り公園の照明は素晴らしい映像デスネ
わたしも札幌帰ったときはスキー場帰りに北1西2にある札幌時計台の札幌を
時々しますが こんなに綺麗なブルーグリーンのライトアップなんて初めて
見ましたよこちらは2022年度の２月頃ですか？ わたしは今年お正月に
行ったときはこちらのライトアップは見なかったような
お正月にはなかった新しいライトアップなのかなあ 見たかったです
いつも大通り公園のホワイトイルミネーションはクリスマスまでの点灯なので
毎回見られないんですよ せいぜいテレビ塔下のツリー点灯くらいです 来年は
しっかり時計台ライトアップ見に行かなきゃ(笑)
そうです。今年の2月に行った時に撮影しました。時計台のライトアップは綺麗でしたね〜。ちょっと残念だったのは赤れんがテラス横のイルミネーションでした。肉眼では若干チラチラするぐらいでそれほどではなかったんですが、カメラで撮影すると思いっきりディスコみたいにチカチカしてしまいました。😅

でもまあ 赤レンガ庁舎を背景にしんしんと降る雪の
美しさは見事ですよ video street さんは途中ラーメン屋
入る訳でもなく他のyoutuber にありがちな食べ物ばかり
でなくあくまで歩道を延々と歩く(笑) それが札幌のガイドに
なってると思います 特に婦女子の投稿は食べ物ばかりで
辟易しますから しかも単に歩くだけでなく歩道脇のお店カウンター
から聞こえるお客のリアルな会話とかススキノの街中の宣伝とか
小まめに拾ってるし 下手なBGM入れるよりずっと良いです
何故かyoutuber はBGM が煩すぎていいと思っている方々が多い気がします
それにしても今回の札幌時計台のライトアップは見事でした
時計台はわたしも何十回も撮影してるのにブルーグリーンのライトアップ
はまだ見てませんです 札幌市の２月雪祭りに合わせたのかな？
是非ともお正月にもやって欲しいと思います
