I watch quite a bit of butchery content and yours is very good - I’ve cooked a fair amount of pork loin but hadn’t considered the differences in terms of rib roast, strip, and sirloin. I’ll definitely be keeping that in mind for my next one. I’d be interested to see your cooking method for the pork chops

Thank you so much!! What a compliment! It's so cool that I could point something new out to you. I'll keep that in mind for a cooking video! Thank you for that addition to our idea list :-)

Great video! Super informative and fun!!! Just did my first one last weekend, tried my hand at a pork loin roast, and have 2/3 of the thing sealed and frozen for future goodness. Thanks again Bartender/Butcher!

Thank YOU! So glad you are enjoying our videos so far and that’s so awesome about your first pork loin! Good luck in your experiments with what’s saved in the freezer

Thank you so much! I really try to cram as much information in the most understandable way into each of these butchery videos :-DD The diagram is downloadable in the description if you’d like to keep it as a resource! I’m so glad it added another layer to help visualize because I personally need as much visual aid as possible when I’m learning, so I’m excited that the addition was beneficial for you! I always list and link the tools we use in every video in the description if you’d like to peruse them to potentially buy for yourself. My knives are from Victorinox and my cutting board is from Winco!
