Nice review. I have the bantam and theragun elite. Personally I like the size and battery life, but it’s medium and high speed is almost entirely a vibrational massage, it’s actually 8mm amplitude measured (vs 10mm in marketing) in use vs theragun is 16mm.
Devices now will establish handshakes before giving or taking a charge. That goes for both the chargers and devices. A 90 watts USB c charger will only output 5 watts if the devices only need 5 watts. And a MacBook charger is able to output at a few different multiple voltages hence different wattage outputs.
Ha! That foam roller made me laugh. It does look like a gnarly medieval torture device....I run a lot and use one frequently. Gotta stick with it. It hurts if you use it infrequently/irregularly but if you use regularly it doesn't hurt at all after a while. I kinda feel the pain is a sign you need to use it? I also own/use a massage gun. Excellent bit of kit. Thanks for the video!
I feel my body just always has soreness, it's pretty crazy, is everyone's body like this? is there ever a moment one doesn't have that? I don't even think that's possible. But yes, that foam roller.. pretty sure you need to modify how you use it or work your way up to it. In my case, I've modified how I use it by not using it at all lol Which massage gun do you have?
@@GadgetsGearCoffee Great reply! Stick with the foam roller but definitely moderate the pressure you put on it by supporting your bodyweight with your arms/hands/one leg as you go. I have the Trigger Point Grid foam roller which has definitely less aggressive lugs on it...definitely helps with circulation and muscle relaxation (after use!)...For the massage gun I have a brand called PowerZone. Bought it here in Switzerland, nothing too fancy, and has the handle at a right-angle which I never thought about until you mentioned it. Will probably annoy me every time I use it now! 🤣 And no, pain all the time is not good. Even if physically active, maybe worth checking vitamin levels... Greetings from the land of mountains and chocolate!
Excellent review. Thank you! It kind of cut through all the BS of so many other reviews. Will this 35 lbs handle loosening up your larger upper and lower back muscles?
Excellent Review, thank you! What do you think about this ekrin Bantam vs renpho mini (pocket version). Otherwise, do you think renpho r3 mini is really mini and portable? Have you tried them?
Sure is, as I took the time to make the review and if you watched it and it helped you, putting my discount code is a great thank you to give me a little back without costing you a dime, makes no difference to you but makes a difference to me :) good karma!
I don’t know if I should go for this or the theragun mini Ignore: I can’t get this one in Australia (Amazon has it for a higher price than the theragun mini)
@@GadgetsGearCoffee just checked the website, it does ship to aus but doesn’t give me any guidance on how long it will take (my guess is it has to ship internationally). I’ll just go the mini for now (on sale as there’s a mini 2 release!)

Will this 35 lbs handle loosening up your larger upper and lower back muscles?
Too vague of an answer. Would depend how tight it is. I'm quite fine with this
Excellent Review, thank you!

I have not, I've only tried the ones I mentioned in the video

as in EKRIN doesn't ship to Australia? then ya I would say Theragun Mini will do the trick

What is the size of the grip?
it's a little oval but the wider of the 2 diameters is about 4.3cm
