The voice at the end is most likely Miquella speaking to us before we enter the DLC, since he is acting as our guide in this new realm. But I've seen a couple people suggest it could also be Nepheli, since it sounds somewhat similar to that voice actress. I guess we will see come June.

Do consider going back and playing the other games if you ever get a chance if you haven’t already they’re not as expansive as Elden Ring but they have their own charms and I bet you could get most of them for sale too since they’re older

Nice catch on the use of colours in Elden Ring. There is actually a pretty cool video on colours and their importance to Elden Ring's design, "The Color Theory of Elden Ring" I believe it's called.
The Baldachin observation was a good catch! It seems to be a consistent visual theme throughout the game. This could mean: 1) The Shadowlands are connected or just straight up are Fia's homeland too 2) The connection between the Baldachins everywhere and Fia could just be symbolic towards what Fia/Deathbed companions either do or represent/stand for. Miquella does want to resurect Godwyn👀
😄 I loved the intro, for whatever reason the empty chair and dramatic music, with you just coming over so causally just had me laughing. I love the chinese dragon guy, my personal guess is that its a grafted monster, so lots of feet and hands on one body.
For me the highlight was the 2 dudes in a trenchcoat and a silly mask boss. Also looking forward to the funky unarmed(?) stance and hopefully getting to use Mesmer's armor set. Dude has some swag
Holy shit, that might actually be Ranni speaking in at the end of the trailer, I can't believe no one else I've watched has mentioned this yet, but since she's one of the few unkillable npcs in the base game, and they said that killing Radahn is integral to accessing the dlc, she is a solid candidate for knowing the whole deal behind Miquella in the land of shadow.
It doesn't sound anything like Ranni. Her voice is pitched much lower than Ranni, and it is the same person who says "They were never saints" at 3:14. Likely a whole new voice actress/character.

I believe there will be some kind of extended story related cutscene involving the parting of water (sea to the south) to reveal the "Shadow" realm. If you notice the first scene where the tarnished first enter area on top of Torrent, you notice wet ground that Torrent runs on. Also, many camera angles appear to give the feeling of looking "upwards" at Erdtree. The many island type land structures also appear to be shaped as if underwater previous and surroundings seem like lands are just in a bowl type area. Just thoughts.

I'm hoping there's something Godwyn related in this DLC. I know they have it focused around Miquella right now and Messmer but FromSoft rarely reveals all the main content of the DLC in a trailer. I am obsessed with wanting to see a living Godwyn that we have to take on, his design is one of the most fascinating things in the game. If not in this DLC, I just have a huge feeling that it's going to be in a future DLC. Knowing Fromsoft, this game will get at least one or two more because of how much of the lore is left out visually in the game.
There is still a chance he could be a big part of it, perhaps this whole thing is about Miquella wanting to either revive him or give him proper death since it's what he has tried to do before.
Miquellas egg is laying on something that looks like a pelvis and the egg actually looks a lot like a uterus and I haven't seen or heard anyone mentioning that. I really hope that this whole thing is gonna get some attention in the dlc
I think Miquella is the one speaking at the end. perhaps he meets you after Mohg and asks for your assistance in the Shadow Realm and explains how to get there.
since you bring up the snake lore, i suggest to watch 'Elden Ring's Snake Iceberg | Elden Ring Lore' made by Hawkshaw, it is great and might help us to understand the incoming lore that will be dropped in the dlc

Just restarted Elden Ring & theres a ghost outside the Church of Pilgrimage that says: "The mausoleum prowls. Cradling the soul-less demigod. Oh Marika, Queen Eternal. He is your unwanted child" I think this is the person in the trailer speaking to his mother!
Great Job noticing "older" chap who seems to be pulling rune arc out from his head! I also believe and Miyazaki has confirmed that this is the land where Marika became a Goddess. This older chap is also in the painting sitting in a chair. This guy is probably the "old" lord or leader, from the crucible era before the Erdtree and Marika could have used a great rune to stab this old ruler thus reaching "Godlike" status. There is also an unknown war that went on during this time. Those ARE Miquella's words, at the end spoken from a confirmed new voice actor. Miquella might just act as a guide (like Melina) in this shadow realm. Great Loring, Emma! Thanks

I think Messmer is a red herring. He’s made to look like so many characters, Rykard, Malenia, the mother reference, Ragagon etc. He as was purposefully put here to confuse us

2:22 this voice is the same as a cut NPC from the base game that had you chasing down St. Trina/Miquella. It seems they might restore them for the DLC

He is probably the Malenia equivalent of the DLC. Optional, but super hard. My guess is that Miquella/Trina is the final boss.
