yeh toh public ki responsibility hai na ki woh make sure kare ki sarkari toilet saff sutra rahe , har ghar mai bhagwan ke liye mandir ke sath hamare liya toilet bhi hota hai , ab agar temple se 1 km durr toilet hoga toh jisko jor se ai ho woh toh mandir ke baju mai khule mai kardega , @vshl360 isko lagta hai judge saheb ke baal die se sfad hue hai /unhone duniya dekhi hai

Wrong reasoning
Bhai judge always law k hisab se chalte hn and keeping the public toilet clean is the responsibility of public also, not just the government
Vaise shayad aapne judgment sahi se nhi suna ya thoda angrezi mei dikkat hai shayad.... Saaf kaha ja rha hai ki mandir mei aane wale shradhalu (devotees) mandir ke pass hi peshab karr rhe hain isi ko dekhte hue yah decision liya ki waha ek public convince complex banaya jae.
