what I want to know, is which heart condition manifests like this. None. If its signalling -> straight to ER. If it is the actual heart muscle, lol , good luck. In no situation, do you need to figure whether to call an ambulance, it will be pretty clear to everyone involved.
The heart is a pretty simple muscle. "Acting out" means basically that its not beating, either because the muscle is not functioning, or because the signalling is disturbed. Either way, it can easily be deadly without specialized equipment and training. Almost all of the described scenarios manifests as the main character passing out or squeaking in pain. If the signalling is unreliable , you are equipped with a monitor and nobody in their right mind judges this data but a specialized heart doctor. In any case, if you suspect anything you immediately contact your designated heart doctor or 911.

As a sound engineer and AV tech, it’s frustrating when clients don’t come to you to get everything ready for events because we don’t know what you look like. We don’t know whether we need switchers for multiple laptops, or who’s all presenting and who’s using what sound equipment. All they need to do is come to front of house and keep us in the loop and make everything easier for everyone but they don’t. It just makes everything more stressful than it needs to be and makes you look unprofessional

Narcissists like Mizkif will often play the victim card when they feel they don't have control of a situation, and want to reclaim control. Given the wider events of that day, this is almost certainly what he was doing.
Also if he does have a legit heart condition, it makes it even more questionable why he'd be taking steroids for his gym gains. Steroids are brutal on the heart, so he'd be making a bad situation much worse.

Other legal matters seems to have been resolved and it looks to be in his favour. I think he also counter sued the girl for false accusation, but no idea on the status of it.
