Hi Danny and Taylor!! The Haven is gorgeous!! What a room! Espresso!! During Covid being able to do a lot in your room is a must! Eat and party and relax no problem! Nice!!
People, please note that there are 2 versions of this cabin and they are quite different. If you want windows in the bathroom but not the bedroom, get HC. If you want windows in the bedroom but not the bathroom, get HB. As of 2023, NCL’s website is using the category HB’s picture for HC as well, but that’s not accurate. The difference here is not just the size of the balcony, so don’t make a mistake.
This is not entirely correct as it actually depends on the ship. The Haven Aft-facing suites come in 2 configurations for the Breakaway & Breakaway Plus ships. Either the bedroom is near the balcony (Configuration A) or the master bathroom is near the balcony (Configuration B). With Configuration A, the bedroom (larger) is near the balcony and there is a 2nd access door to the balcony in the bedroom. With Configuration B, the master bathroom (larger) is near the balcony and has a view of the ocean and balcony but no 2nd access door to the balcony. Configuration A doesn't have natural light in the master bathroom. Configuration B doesn't have natural light in the bedroom. On the Norwegian Breakaway and Getaway, Configuration A is on decks 11 and 14. On the Norwegian Breakaway and Getaway, Configuration B is on decks 9, 10, 12, and 13. On the Norwegian Escape/Joy/Bliss/Encore, Configuration A is on decks 9, 10, 12, 13, and 15. On the Norwegian Escape/Joy/Bliss/Encore, Configuration B is on decks 11 and 14. (opposite of BA/GA).
@@partick1701 The point of the original post was to warn potential buyers that NCL has been using the same photo as well as a similar name to advertise two different types of rooms. If two variants of a product or service are sufficiently different that an ordinary buyer may reasonably consider the differences to be significant and non-trivial, it would be misleading to use the same photo for advertise them, especially when the photo used is the more attractive version. NCL used the picture of a bedroom with a view of the ocean for a room that did not have that feature, which was a terrible discovery.
Hey Danny and Taylor. Back to the Bliss. Haven suite and amenities. 🙌🏼. Like the hooks for the jackets. A full 2nd bathroom. Nice. Like the nook for keys. Like the butlers pantry. That dining table and 3 chairs look out of place. Like an after thought. Don’t care for the accent wall behind it but the concept is nice. Like the actual separate living room with door to bedroom. Bathroom is lovely. Double sink. Long soaking tub. What is a bath wand? Lovely spacious bedroom. Not enough hanging storage for 2. Tv small but perfectly placed. Lovely balcony. Dining for 4 and 2 loungers. Nice suite guys. Thanks much and see you next video. Would never share a room with friends that one couple would sleep on a pull out sofa. Would need 2 true bedrooms and 2 baths then could be a equal financial split and privacy.
Just stayed in this class on the Escape (and thanks for the tip on which ones have larger balconies). Might be our favorite suite on any NCL boat in 20+ years of cruising. So nice to have extra space to lounge and dine outside. Definitely prefer the Bliss as Escape does not have the observation lounge.
We will be traveling with my 17 year old daughter and 13 year old son will they have to share a bed or is there a separate bed along with couch that pulls out ceiling?
I have a question. And it seems like it’s with all travel agents that do the Kruzan you never sure both layouts there are two separate layouts for the Haven aft penthouse there’s one that you’re doing now there’s another layout where the bedroom is not up against the balcony the bathroom is in the bathroom is totally different than the one you’re showing now it would be nice if you would do both layouts and let people know what decks those layouts are on and that’s just with Haven cabinets. Because if you’ve booked a haven cabin aft and your expense One layout and you get something totally different! I just think it would be rather nice if you would give people that information
You are correct. There are two completely different layouts, HB and HC. HB has no windows in the bathroom, and HC has no windows in the bedroom. NCL is showing only the picture for HB on their site. Make sure you get the one you are ok with.
We are bidding for an upgrade for this room on the 1/21 Panama Canal cruise. First time on NCL, usually use HAL or Princess . Is there an extra charge for room service? Are the boxed waters free? What’s suggested tipping for our butler? Didn’t know about Harr travel. Love your videos and will contact you for our cruising needs. Thank you.
There is less in the aft than forward, and in these larger ships there is rarely any motion. But if you are really sensitive to motion the middle of the ship and lower decks have the least amount of motion.

Good job, Danny. TY

Thanks for explaining how this works for a family.

Is there a lot of movement on an aft facing room? Worried about getting sea sick. Also, what cabin number is this?
