I married a "great girl ' 30 years ago. She hated everything. Told me she wanted to go to marriage counseling. I said ok. Went to 4 different counselors. All of them asked her what the problem was. All of them were relieved of duty. I told the fifth one, I want out. I went home and put the TV on the curb, walked to the store and got a bunch of cigars. Less than a week later, she left, never to return. Problem solved.

My aneurism bursted when I was 18. As a woman I belive it saved my life. It made it impossible for me to go to school (deep down I wanted to go to university just because others told me I had to) and here I am 8 years later , with a good good guy for 7 years, enjoying life with a beautiful little baby son. I was sad when it happened but now I know, that it saved my life. That trully saved my life.

Being a male this is good to hear. I broke up with an old girlfriend years ago and about one week later she showed up at my house at 2:30 or so in the morning. She wanted to "make up" if you get my meaning. I turned her down and she got so mad she started beating on my with her fists and also a pot from the kitchen. I left my place without even shoes or a shirt as I was in bed. The cops came and I truly thought that I was going to jail for something that I had not done. Even though I was the one leaving my house and I was the one bleeding from getting hit with the pot (I left as soon as I could without fighting back) I thought that I would get arrested. Luckily, the cops did their job and arrested her and charged her with a felony for beating me with a pot. Play stupid games, win stupid prized I guess. I have not been the same ever since. I have been standoffish ever since and that was eighteen years ago.

I chose not to leave my apartment and not defend myself physically. I have no malice towards her. I wish her the best. Her punishment is not having me in her life regardless of what the law did to her. I didn't want her prosecuted, only gone. I had no choice in the matter because the assault was between the state and her. I didn't sue for injury. I just wanted to look forward. I would never trust a lawyer no matter what. I would never trust a cop, district attorney, or judge. Sadly, I am jaded and feel as if the system is rigged. At least I tried to take the road less travelled.

I married a "great girl ' 30 years ago. She hated everything. Told me she wanted to go to marriage counseling. I said ok. Went to 4 different counselors. All of them asked her what the problem was. I was married for 22 years of my life passed last year but there was never a dull moment in the 22 years. We drove 8 hours when we drove when we moved to Arizona and we didn't have the radio on at all we talked the entire time. Life is about happiness for both not settling. If you have a good relationship with your significant other than money really doesn't matter as long as you're happy with each other. My late wife was a wonderful lady. We never had knocked down throw down and yelling arguments we had discussions we sat down and we talked it out and it didn't go to bed mad. You sit down and listen to the other person I mean really listen and then you work out how to fix it and they do the same for you. We had a wonderful life together but I still feel her presence around me everyday cuz I know she is.

It made it impossible for me to go to school (deep down I wanted to go to university just because others told me I had to) and here I am 8 years later , with a good good guy for 7 years, enjoying life with a beautiful little baby son. Being a male this is good to hear. I broke up with an old girlfriend years ago and about one week later she showed up at my house at 2:30 or so in the morning. She wanted to "make up" if you get my meaning. I turned her down and she got so mad she started beating on my with her fists and also a pot from the kitchen. I left my place without even shoes or a shirt as I was in bed. The cops came and I truly thought that I was going to jail for something that I had not done. Even though I was the one leaving my house and I was the one bleeding from getting hit with the pot (I left as soon as I could without fighting back) I thought that I would get arrested. Luckily, the cops did their job and arrested her and charged her with a felony for beating me with a pot. Play stupid games, win stupid prized I guess. I have not been the same ever since. I have been standoffish ever since and that was eighteen years ago.

I chose not to leave my apartment and not defend myself physically. I have no malice towards her. I wish her the best. Her punishment is not having me in her life regardless of what the law did to her. I didn't want her prosecuted, only gone. I had no choice in the matter because the assault was between the state and her. I didn't sue for injury. I just wanted to look forward. I would never trust a lawyer no matter what. I would never trust a cop, district attorney, or judge. Sadly, I am jaded and feel as if the system is rigged. At least I tried to take the road less travelled.

@@JessJArt Whether it's 50/50, 100/100, or 1/1 ,as long as both have God's love for one another that's all you need. All other emotions such as compassion and respect will be there automatically. In fact since the truest form of love is all encompassing, internally and externally, all other emotions do not matter. For this is the true nature of the universe. Here on earth nothing can be as perfect as 50/50 or 100/100. Since we are all different and do not share the exact mindset, even these relationship numbers cannot exist. We must therefore love without expectations. Give without expecting to get. We must find God's love that is in each of us to know anything about anything. We must get with our own souls for remembrance. Since we are immortal and our souls know of that place of God and that love, we must merge back into that knowledge we forsook to be here.
The way my wife and are now, after 20 years and nearly 2 months, is as close to EVEN as we'll possibly ever be on this planet. May God, who is in you, me, everybody else, and the heaven realm, bless you with the true love. 💛🙏💯😃
