So this video is kind of a mess. I had been recovering the file over a week now and I am still not satisfied with the outcome. I know that the audio still isn't the best and u can barely hear me talking during the reaction. That's why I decided to put subtitles directly in the video. I thought about rerecording the reaction, but then it would have been fake and not genuine content I want to put out. By now the audio issues should be fixed and the upcoming videos should be fine again. I hope you can still enjoy this video. Have a great day. 🌼💛

Gidle's music is definitely not for everyone but they know how to keep things interesting. I think their songs are some of the hardest to cover because they were made specifically for the members. Please react more to their Queendom and stage performances.
As a Neverland whose bias is Soyeon, I can attest how the hate train for her grew larger than a wildfire. It's honestly annoying that some ppl still hate on her until now. But just like one of their albums, they never die. Ot6 forever
I can attest to it as well! The hate train was so bad that people who didn't even know the group just thought that i-dle was an easy target for slander and hate.
People who tried to praise the group got scared off with death threats and hate.
If you ever associate with them you were an automatic target for bullying and whatnot.
I remember being in a semi-popular discord server that's more towards i-dle, and we were getting people to purposely start drama so they can claim that Neverlands were awful people. They would try to say some very naughty words so they can frame us for all of this. And saying that their fans mimic their faves. And then they would try to make a callout post about the server, to spread even more lies.
That hate has died down now (you won't get as much hate nor death threats for liking i-dle), but the hate is still very alive today, but it's more nitpicking than anything. But I feel so bad because i-dle cannot make another minor mistake or they will have another hate train like that.
An example is that Soyeon got the songwriter award a couple months ago. People who didn't like i-dle hated that decision and tried to boycott the award show (it's not the only reason, but it's one of the reasons). But it's funny because they were the same people who hated tomboy and basically their main criticism is "why isn't the lyrics not as beautiful as Hwaa?" It's like, so you agree that Soyeon can write beautiful lyrics and deserves that award?
We do try to defend our girls, but the hate is very overwhelming. We do just ignore it, and block the person and move on with our life. But the Fandom is very civilized, we genuinely don't have very many outspoken solo stans.
I guess the only time we do outspokenly fight is about Soojin. I'm still team OT6, and I believe that we shouldn't forget about Soojin when we discuss i-dle, since unlike other groups who had members leave, Soojin was in i-dle for about 4 years and was a major player in why i-dle blew up.
@@JaidenWH Another thing that I hate is Soyeon's plagiarism issue. I'm an Atiny as well and when everyone started saying that Soyeon purposely plagiarized Wave's chorus, I can't help but sigh because it's an obvious unintentional mistake. We all know that Soyeon is a brilliant writer but most people are only targeting Soyeon when in fact, other artists are blatantly copying Ateez (like Elteez, NMIXX, Vata) but most of them focused on Soyeon. As fans of both groups, it's not really pleasant to see the fanwars and accusations blowing up.

Soyeon has accomplished her dream too. Becoming the one and only winner of Songwriter Award from a Girl Group in K-Pop history.
From 260 pre album order in 2018 to more than 700,000 in 2022
and look at them now with I LOVE album getting over 700,000 pre orders
Since soojin is no longer in the group, I have problems watching content from (G)-Idle. Soojin and Shuhua have always done a lot together. and now i miss that. whenever i see shuhua i have to think of soojin and that makes me sad.

- Soyeon's solo MVs: "Jelly" (debut), "IDLE Song", "Beam Beam" (her comeback in 2021, part of her solo mini-album called "Windy") (Also Soyeon broke her record twice (as the fastest female idol) in the songs "Psycho" and "Is this bad b****** number?" (this song also features two artists Bibi and Young Ji), "Psycho" has live performance video on the KBS radio and "Is this bad b****** number?" has live performance video on the Dingo;
- Yuqi's solo MVs: "Giant" (debut, part of "A Page" single album), "Bonnie & Clyde" (MV for her other song from the "A Page" single album);
- Miyeon's solo MV: "Drive" (debut, part of "MY" mini-album).
There are some OST but my favs are: "Getaway" by Minnie and "Freak Show" by Soyeon, they don't have MVs but they sound pretty good.
There are English versions (really good English versions) of "Hwaa" and "Oh My God", they have lyrics videos.
You reacted to all of their tittle tracks, so I think now it would be better for you to get to know their personalities. They had their 'show' called "Secret Folder" where they in a way made fun of hate comments (I'm not sure how to describe it actually, but it's fun and showcases their personalities pretty well). Also there is "Idol Workshop", it's also fun. RUclips channel "Alydle" with the fun montages is the great way to get to know them too.

Lovinsoojin should be proud of her work on this, and it's my fave guide, though it's a little out-dated. Great to see you react to it. =)
I'm glad you found this video...actually, there are many short videos where fans introduce them. There are details that are the same and that are added to each member too .... But this video I really respect the people who produced it.... And actually, in I-dle MV, you will find many details. I noticed, that you rarely watched it until the end of the reaction episode ..I think you will find it while watching it in your own time.

Great Job! I didn't notice anything very bad about the video at all. It's crazy how after this guide was made that "I never die" album came out and did around 5x as much sales as "I burn" then later in the year "I Love" dropped and did like 5x better than "I never die". The future is bright for (G)I-dle.

The right way to pronounce Shuhua is Shoo Hwa, its two words. They just condense it to make it easier for Korean speakers. And Yuqi is pronounced way different in Chinese, they just call her oogie like how they call Tzuyu from Twice Chewy. Also you should check out their behind the scenes stuff, their personalities are very different from what you would expect.
