Very helpful review, and I especially appreciated seeing how the Nikon Zf with 35mm S lens and the fairly big 24-120 f/4 S lens fit in the Jumper. Is this the reg. size (18L) or the large (22 L) version of the Jumper bag? Do you find it useful to be able to swing the bag around off your shoulder to remove the camera from the side panel while standing, or do you generally keep your Zf and mounted lens in the top clothing compartment, or maybe mounted on a Peak Design Capture clip on a shoulder strap while walking? Always interested in how the Zf can be adapted to serve as a near everyday camera with lighter lenses and smaller bags. Subscribed!
The strap is a hand made brand. Here is the link if you are curious. It feels very balanced. Not too heavy. Depending on the length of the strap it can swing around.
Think its more of the huge control ring that makes it look weird. Larger telephoto lenses existed during that period of camera if the size is some how off to people.
@@BrianT175 What I meant was: it’s a 35, not a 105 or something. I would rather see something compact like the 40mm f/2 or a ttartisans 35mm (manual focus). It is a beautiful retro body and the modern huge lens does ruin the whole concept I think. But these are my thoughts of course, I appreciate when others are happy with the combo. It’s a great lens of course👍

Thanks for watching. It's the 18 liter bag.
How's that sort of strap feel on the neck when you have something like your 24-120 on the camera?

No computer or tablet? Interesting.
As an everyday no. Since I shoot manual most of the time it is risky, but I live dangerously. 😉
That Z35 f/1.8 lens looks ridicoulous on the ZF

I agree. There are adaptors that look better on Amazon recently.
I think it's the plastic lens hood that makes it look ridiculous. I use a Viltrox 28mm 1.8 on my ZF. it looks retro enough.
