I worked for Montana DEQ while she was director. She could not handle a state deq. With out a doubt the biggest cluster of a director in my time there.

@@LordStanley94 it becomes a state or localized issue. It would also be easier to deal with her employment at the state level if the voters wanted her out. Her radical ideas in her current position affects many states at once and it's more difficult to get her out. She has to much power now.

The land belongs to you as we the People
In Oregon, the land did belong to the state and was being stripped of anything salable, including steep hillsides. Conservationists from the time of John Muir persuaded the federal government to set aside land and, although logging continues, it brought a far more careful approach. I don't know how the Feds are managing their lands in Montana, but I do know that the states can be poor managers too.

The EPA is now measuring the methane and other dangerous air pollutants while they refused to do appropriate pollutant measurements in St. Louis, MO (watch Atomic Front documentary), East Pallestine and other locations throughout the country. Look up Bristol, VA mismanaged landfill. EPA was incompetent in their VOC air sampling in Bristol, VA, I saw their units and reports with my own two eyes. Same EPA that refused to recognize toxins emitted by cyanobacteria in the US fresh water reservoirs until just recent years!!!! Corrupt practices of willful and gross negligence just like in government agencies in Russia.
