    That was an early stoppage, so many fights that are left to actually play out don’t end right there. He was still moving and rolling to defend himself.

      Bro got dropped twice and then laid out flat on his back. If the ref didn’t stop he would’ve had some mean hammerfists coming his way I think the stoppage was warranted

      @@mrtakethattrip I always ask myself, “If I was the fighter (Menifield), would I have wanted stopped there?” And the answer here is no. Would you? After weeks/months of training, knowing you still gotta pay the coaches/team… if I’m conscious, pls let me fight til the end is how I think most fighters feel. The ref is there to stop a fight once a fighter is no longer consciously attempting anything, not to save you from “pontential” damage. Menifield was still scrambling is all I’m saying.
