Circle B Bar Reserve, 25 Mar 23

Today was an amazing day.
Everything looked so much nicer as the clouds broke up and the sun came out.
We were ambitious and did a 5-mile trek hitting most the major trails.
We saw numerous alligators of various sizes, as usual, with several large beasts sunning themselves along the trails.
Photos of the Bald Eagles' nest showed at least one of the parents and one of this year's young.
I didn't realize it until I downloaded the photos that I got two frames of a sub-adult Bald Eagle flying over Lake Hancock.
As much as I love the Bald Eagles, today's big find was a Gopher Tortoise.
We don't see them very often.
