"Oop, sorry, that shouldn't be there" I've been waiting for someone to do that on a van tour 😆
I've been waiting too!!! haha!
It also cracks me up when people turn their fans on
Love this guy!! And the bong he quickly moved out of the way!! 🤣🤣🤣 Livin' the good life!! 😁😁😁
Drew is the MAN. I loved his last visit, and look forward to see him more. Captain my Captain. Peace.
I love the older vehicles, he also did a really nice job upgrading it.
Thank you 🙏🏼
Nice job!!! It looks like he was inside when he was outside showing the outside compartments. Lol . Love his dog 🐕
yeah, that was almost spooky, lol
This van is so beautiful and was built the year I was born 1987 lol
I really like this one
Love how the reno doesn't take away from the vintage aspect. ❤
I do too
Ok... so what the hecks goin' on @ 7:44 & 7:51 - 7:55 ???!!! Has he got a doppelganger or ghost sitting in the seat of the vehicle looking out the window & saluting?! That's SPOOKY!!!
Great BONG!
The ‘ghost’ with the sailing cap is first revealed in the background 7:28-7:32, and then he jumps into the van and looks out the window moments later. Had me wondering too. Always enjoy your tours Patrick.
Lol yea I saw that as well, look alike in the background
Man that's a tall white boy!
Drew rocks
That little dachshund was the "cutest" feature!
Yes, agreed
Agree 💯 %
I like it when I see drew because I am 6’-4” , and he gives me hope that I will be able to do van life.
Glad this was helpful
Nice Blog
Thank you very much
Love that shirt! thanks for the tour!
Thank you. Yeah it’s a pretty rad shirt
Shower and toilet is main thing for me.
Absolutely
Love the retro feel! Great use of space with lots of storage!
That's a nice 87, I have a 80 Dodge B300 MaxiVan.
Thank you 😊
Is it difficult to find parts for vehicles that old?
@@EJLily686 so so, some things like trim pieces and light lenses are definitely hard to find as it's 43 years old, but most engine and driveline parts are easy to find.
Love it…these older vans are so cool….
They were really so well thought out
This van looks like an AWESOME size, and love the retro touches.
Very Nice! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Patrick
Always Enjoy Your Videos
Ohhhh Man, I'd love to buy this awesome van, she is so old school.
Go for it
7:53. This represents me looking for my van.
I’m love it 💯 .. it’s beautiful gorgeous .. thanks for sharing 💞
Glad you enjoyed it
great updates, should be an easy sale.
Yes, agreed
Cute dog looks nervous though!
Thank you. Yes, I was in their space
Wow! I love this setup so much! If it's for sale in about a year I would love to take a look at it lol.... I'm in NYC now and ready for a change but have to save up! Thanks for the tour :)
Thank you for the DIY videos we need more DIY
Thank you
Great video Patrick, really cool van.
When they showed your little adorable Dachshund laying in the driver’s seat. I was thinking what van camper? The Dachshund stole the show lol 😂
So cute.
I love these older 80xs vans..its goals for me..but they really hold their value and cost a pretty penny..right now all my penny's are ugly 😆
P.S. we didn't talk about where he goes potty
There was a toilet in the wet bath area, however he had it covered
I thought I saw something that looked like a portable toilet underneath his bed?
Love! 😍
Thank you for such enlightening and heart moving sharing of your camper van life. What really puzzles me is that why should you chain your generator? Obvious, really? Theft is also an issue over there? God bless and thank you. Want to see watch for more videos from you folks. Again, thanks and God speed
Glad you enjoyed the tour. Generators are expensive and are easily stolen. It’s the same as locking other car or bicycle up.
Just a first impression.
The 'captain' gentleman is 'stooped over' like a much older person.
Thanks!👍
That’s why he is getting a taller van so he doesn’t have to duck to walk around
My uncle's were 6' 7& 6'9.. I understand. I hope he finds one.
Hey there new to your channel, loved this video on the van , we also was wandering about the lighting, like what kind they are and where to get them ?
I want it
Pretty awesome rig
You have a very homey van.
This is a friggin incredible van.
If it's so "friggin incredible" why is there a For Sale sign on it?
@@jaygold4467 cause the guy is too tall for it and needs a taller, wider van. It’s in the video.
NJOA,,,, PATRICK, HI,,,,DREW NEEDS HEADROOM. ! Overall, for the model,is really set up good, wonderful for a starting out , Stay well,🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
He's not talking about there's no place to park this in nyc. There are about 20 guys under the highway but they put meters the rest of the way to prevent any more.
I didn’t think you could get in and out of NYC with propane. Have the laws changed?
No tunnels, just bridges,
Great video Drew. Where did you get your cab seat covers?
Ah good question. I’ll ask him next time we connect
Love it. Is it still available? I'm interested.
Yes, it’s beautiful too
@@NewJerseyOutdoorAdventures how much is going for? Nice van
Wo Derek how many miles are on that....see it was for sale
Another great tour, thanks Patrick! That's a really nice van. This is possibly a stupid question but please explain how he's running 12v items when the van is not running--is there no concern for draining the starter battery? (I'm smart enough to know what I don't know plus I'm not too proud to look dumb lol)
The van has separate batteries for the leisure system so the starter doesn't get drained, and the solar panels keep the batteries charged up
"I'm not too proud to look dumb" 💪
@@Areister37 Aha! Simple--problem solved. TY!
@Andrew Reister drew u left willyB? I live in the neighborhood and remember seeing ur van n the others on van alley. I always wanted to stop n talk to the owner of what I now realize was ur van. When I first saw that big ol dodge I said that's the kinda van I want. Lol u got a ig or fb?
Drew, are you familiar with the Captain & Tenille singing duo?
Is that rob from Brooklyn campervans @7:54
We love Rob 🙌🏼
how much, and the engine size, looks really good brother.
This one sold, I believe it was the 318
only best part is the shower and ps4.. kitchen area..
Thank you for the feedback
Get rid of the AGM batteries. They're highly inefficient. Get lithium.
Looks like it would smell like old bong smoke and arse.
Van looks and smells great
@@NewJerseyOutdoorAdventures If you like the smell of old bong smoke and arse I guess.
Are you selling that?
Yes, he is
Knocks??
Pretty typical when you stealth camp
So how much money have you guys actually saved?
500-1000 a month vs other living situations
very thing is old & used.. need alot of work for the van..
He has done a lot of work and updates
