Nice shooting guys! Have you ever thought about decoy hunting with shootguns in order to get more geese at a time? Here in germany this is quite common
I would love to visit South Africa, your videos make it seem like such an amazing place. It’s amazing that you are allowed to use a suppressed rifle for waterfowl. In Massachusetts we can use rifles for coyotes and non flying crows and suppressors are a felony
Hay Matt just got my sideshot and it the best thing yet. Did some of my own pest control in my backyard and the video came out awesome THANK YOU SIDESHOT!!!🤩👍👍
Good shooting, , Years ago,, I got a game farm raised Canada Goose, ... I took it to a butcher shop , and had it smoked.. It was the best tasting ham , ever. Thanks for sharing your videos.
Incredible job. Very professioal. Was the overhead scenery done from a piloted aircraft or from a remote drone? In either case, it added immensely to my enjoyment of the video. Keep up the outstanding work. Luv and kisses, Carfunkle.
NWforager I was wondering if they even eat them with some of the bullets disintegrating inside might not be good for eating. Seems like solid bullets would do the job just fine.
Some great shots in this video. Hoping to get out and hunt more myself soon, had to have the impact MK2 barrel replaced because it was bent (probably a big bump in transit, I find it hard to believe FX would have sent it like that!) Just had the new one installed and had a few shots with it last week, need to get on the range and really learn how it performs over distance now, sadly only 12ftlbs but for anything further out I just need to find the right land where there is a problem, get the certificate and get a 22LR, start taking longer shots.
22-250 is a great round. I wouldn’t use it to deer hunt. But there was this lady down here in southern Az that dropped a nice buck at 450 yards with one. All bullet placement I guess.
I use a Ackley improved 22250 with a 50gn Nosler ballistic tip doing just over 4000 fps . I have dropped 100s of Roe deer in Scotland with it and believe it or not I have never lost one . Fantastic little round.
Lol... probably not as cheap or as effective as a 12g... but a whole lot more fun. That said, I know nowt about hunting the grounds that you cover. Here in the UK it's the Canada Goose that causes the problems. One of my permissions lost a whole field of silage to them. Two or three lads in hides with 3 1/2 chambered 12g shotguns can put a good dint in them. Its carrying them back that's the hard part... bloody heavy.
Matt, would it be a better option to use a net fired over the starlings to catch more of them. Cant see how a rifle will reduce the numbers significantly for the farm. Liked this video, with some nice historic areas.
One question, do you get payed more if people like me don't skip the ad after 5 seconds or is it the same no matter what? I mean beside donating to you I and probably many others could spare 15 seconds of our time to support you more if that is the case
@@AirArmsHuntingSA Ah, right so they're a problem that fluctuates and travels from area to area, rather than a problem that's everywhere all of the time. Fair enough, makes sense then. Cracking video 👍
But this is cooler, and more sporting to the animal in the sense that he doesnt just absolutely blast entire flocks out of the sky like some WW2 radar directed AA/AAA shredding Kamikaze's by the squadrons.

I really like ur vdeos
Bird and fish hunting is my hobby also

Great footage! Seems like a losing battle with such large numbers of geese which fly off whenever you take a shot.
One of my favorite videos!
Drone footage is amazing.

Liked the video before watching it. That is how excited I am for a centre fire episode👏👏👏😂😂😂Yessss Let's Goooooo!

@airarmshuntingsa what device are you using for attach the gopro to the scope??
It is crazy to think something made in my home town made it all the way out there 👍
How are you recording your scope with the GoPro? Can you upload a tutorial please
Keep going man I like ur videos .. really I enjoined it
Invite “Caccia Outdoors” from California out to South Africa! They can do some serious shotgunning on those geese.
You are a best sniper........
Awesome.. Nice matt.. 😃👍🏻👍🏻
Can I ask where you got that gopro device for recording through your scopes crosshairs??

Nice shoot my friend
.204 Ruger..shoots flatter than even the .22-250 with even less recoil, and far less barrel erosion. Only downside is wind drift
Great shooting! I wish we could use rifle on migratory waterfowl in the USA.

If they are considered a pest, why is there still a bag limit ?
Hi matt what is the barrel length on your 22-250?
Isn’t it nice that they have a bullseye on their chest ;-)

Hi Matt... what's the name of the first song in the video? Thanks a lot.
Hello brother..what is the price these air gun
Woooooo good job 👍👌👌👌
Quick question... if the Geese are such an obvious problem, why do they put a bag limit on them in agricultural areas?
Because they move around a lot. Wiping them out in one area can affect them in other areas.
@@AirArmsHuntingSA
Ah, right so they're a problem that fluctuates and travels from area to area, rather than a problem that's everywhere all of the time.

Dear tell if may target set scope how much work range this set target 25 yard 45 yard or more I have scope 3'9'40 gamo

What’s the song in the beginning of the video?
How you cooking that goose up?
Can we reduce the sound of the rifle?
Sigan así suban seguido, desde Argentina los veo
Pew pew lol. Great video 👍
Did you try using decoys! Ps great videos.......been falling you for years.
For that many geese you need a punt gun!
You’d kill more with layout blinds, decoys, and shotguns.
But this is cooler, and more sporting to the animal in the sense that he doesnt just absolutely blast entire flocks out of the sky like some WW2 radar directed AA/AAA shredding Kamikaze's by the squadrons.
How do the geese taste
Where can i get these airguns?
