Instead of the RUN formula you created, I tried comparing Current Record Value with it's prior value in the decision element which is working fine and could be an alternative solution. Anyways, Keep up the excellent work brother.
I replicated this in my org but for accounts. I followed the steps and the custom labels but my new acct records are not being routed to the users I chose in the custom labels. They are still assigned to me.
Hi Shubham if you show us something on business hours entitlement with case it wilk be beneficial. I have a requirement where I need to add a case based on multiple businesses hour. we have IST and PST monday to friday BH .. my requirement is that i want to assign a case with pst entitlement when the case created on pst time 8 am to 5 pm and ist entitlement if the case is created on 8 am to 5 pm ist time zone.
Bro, Please do make a video on sending single email on leads where last activity/modified date was greater than a month. In case there are 100 leads with last activity/modified greater than 1month we need to send only 1 email instead of 100 emails.

I tried using the OR formula that you showed still the email is going on updation of other field. What could be wrong ?
On Permanent Stafffing, you selected the Label, but the other one, you simply used the decision component. Is there any reason for that?
