Agreed....he's extremely crisp with his passes & movement as well for such a young player. Gets his body low which is good as well. Look forward to keeping an eye on him. No doubt it'll be rough getting into that Begium squad which is already brimming with talent, but as said earlier.....he so young & has nothing but time at the moment. Should def to stay at Anderlect for another 2 seasons to get experience while building his body up to standards instead of making the same mistake so many young talents today make & get lost in the youth systems of bigger clubs.
As a Spurs fan, his passing reminds me alot of Huddlestone at his best, which is only one step away from guys like Xavi and Pirlo...although Hudd didnt really have much else to offer. If this guy can do that at his age, and has some speed and flair to his game as well, he could really become one of THE best midfielders

Wonder what their secret is. I used to think that countries with big populations were always at a huge advantage, but maybe a smaller group of players getting coached by the very best produces more top talents? Croatia and Uruguay are other examples. Here in Scotland they've opened 7 new performance centre's where the top 300 youngsters will attend and play twice as much as they normally would. Doubt we'll bear anywhere near the fruits the Belgians have but i'll be happy if we have even 2-3 world class players in ten years time. That being said, Ryan Gauld, Andy Robertson and Jack Harper all look much more promising that any player we've brought through in recent years.
yeah it is indeed all thanks to a change of mind and dealing with young players here in belgiumin recent years. They get followed up better, given more time and freedom to make their own choices and get much better surroundings. It takes a whole federation to accomplish that and I'm glad Belgium have finally made that switch in mind. They have wasted some talents in the past but now they seem to have found a way to get the best out of them. Also looking forward to the scottish youth. If what you say is indeed going to happen I feel that your youth developpment will increase as well, which will logically increase the talent and quality of your national football squad ;)
