This Leela pertains to the same genre and is about one of the staunch devotees of Baba-Shri Jyotindra Tarkhad.
Once, while Jyotindra and his mother were in Shirdi, Jyotindra needed to answer the nature's call around midnight. He went to a place behind Dixit Wada, which at that time was surrounded by cactus shrubs and a banyan tree.
As soon as Jyotindra sat there, he heard a voice saying, "Go away".
He initially suspected it was a mischievous child playing a prank but then noticed a figure atop the tree.
He again heard the voice saying, "Will u go or not? You are showing your attitude because that old man has your back?"
Then Jyotindra realized the old man the devil was speaking about was none other than Baba. Jyotindra regained courage as soon as he remembered Baba and so he confidently replied back to that figure. The spirit smiled and went away.
The next day when he along with his mother went to Baba's darbar, Baba asked him whether he saw someone last night.
