I Prevail.. if you want to cry probably DOA (ft Joyner Lucas), or maybe Everytime You Leave. For Heavy def. Bow Down or Gasoline, the entire Trauma album is so impactful on emotional basis, at least for me
I got introduced to I Prevail from their Taylor Swift cover. Ever since then, I have fallen HARD for them. Bow Down I think is my favorite song from them.
Yep I actually heard about them through a guard at my county jail and checked the cover out and as soon as it was over I was looking up more of their stuff I got out about the time they released the first ep and it was amazing for the quality it had you can tell they def upgraded as time went on

"I Prevail - DOA (feat. Joyner Lucas)" is the perfect blend of the emotion and deep themes of tracks like Let me Be Sad, and the intense Heavy Rock/Metal vibes of I Prevail's 'typical' songs. I reckon Eric would really dig it. Make sure it is the version of the track featuring Joyner Lucas, as it's produced better and Joyner's verse is such a good addition. I think "Hurricane" would be a great one. It's not very "Sad" but its about their journey and is very heartfelt, great music video, and has still manages to have a satisfying and well rounded heavy drop.

I love I Prevail, I have been a fan since they first blew up because I was working for a tour bus rental company at the time and I actually personally delivered their first tour van to Michigan! I definitely think you should start on Trauma with Eric! There are a few great songs before that but Trauma (IMO) is the first album they released without a single skip on the album!

I love everything I Prevail has put out. Honestly, I think Eric should listen to ‘Blank Space’ first. That was the song that blew them up. It’s nice to complain their new song to the “first song.” Especially since their sound has pretty much remained the same. They are also amazing in concert! They are going on tour in the fall!

I'm 40 now but when I was in high school I listened to slipknot alot and my father hates them and was like you need to listen to stuff like this on the radio and he showed me Bother LMAO. I was like dad you do realize that's the same person singing in slipknot. I had to show him proof but he was definitely surprised lol. Such memories
