It is Saraiki, not Punjani. Saraiki might seems closer to Punjabi but it is a different language and a different part of culture altogether.
It's Punjabi (Seraiki dialect), you illiterate dumbass. It has always been Punjabi (language of five rivers), though has different dialects. Seraiki Punjabi has only a few words different from Majhi Punjabi (maybe around 100-150 or even less), aside that all the vocabulary of Seraiki Punjabi and Majhi Punjabi is same.
It's all typical Punjabi except the word Meda ( called Mera in Majhi dialect). And btw Menu is a Majhi punjabi word which is in this song, its Meku in seraiki Punjabi.
All Punjabi dialects have same grammar (Majhi, Doabi, Seraiki etc), which means its all same language. And yes, i know that Seraiki Punjabi have some similarities with Sindhi, but they are few. A Sindhi cant understand Seraiki Punjabi, and a Seraiki Punjabi cant understand Sindhi langauge, because they are both different langauges just like Pashto and Urdu and Punjabi and Balochi are all different langauges.

Last night while i had been listening to Sanam Marvi with a song Parishan i was stunned to see thst Sanam.is the.very classic example in.classy zone.of Gazal anf.modern songs. This does not come out of our love and affection for each other. Love to Sanam
